Good service and bar area with TV showing football but TV in rooms had no channels, sink kept filling up with water, and carpet could be a bit cleaner. Comfy bed and clean bed.

Quick short break, enjoyed my stay. The only downfall was the noise from the music downstairs in the evening. Breakfast was nice, and I would stay again.

My go to hotel when visiting family/friends. Very convenient for me due to price and location. Ordered from the restaurant this time round and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend the King of Protein dish.

Hotel Staff very helpful. Sadly spa staff not as helpful. Room clean and comfortable. We ordered room service but was delayed in being delivered. Good selection at breakfast but hot food only luke warm.

Hotel itself if nice. Walls are very thin, our bed which wasn't attached the wall moved when the people next door were **********.

Not value for money at all! Lifts were broken I had noise from smokers until midnight out of the fire exit and a crying brat across the hall! No fridge or phone for £135 room I expect that at least! Room was cold had noisy heater on all night. Would not recommend at all!

It was pretty clean, the bed was very comfy. Although the mugs in the room were dirty and at 10 o’clock on our first morning we had house keeping banging on our door shouting at us that check out is at 11 even though we weren’t due to check out on that morning? Other than that, the front desk staff were helpful and we had a nice stay.

Shocking stay, loud music pumping out until after 1am !! Toilet taking forever to fill the cistern, not acceptable ! Room Doors made to slam so women throughput by loud residents returning to room !!

We were allocated a disabled room when we had not booked it. Everything thing in the bathroom very low, very little lighting in the bathroom -cannot do make up at all or see anything the mirror. The extractor fan in the bathroom not working and ceiling above shower mouldy. Poor bathroom conditions. We were not expecting this low level of standard from a village hotel that was not cheap. Very disappointed.
