The hotel facilities are complete, the room is spacious, and it's very quiet at night. Soaking in a private hot spring makes the experience incredibly comfortable. Plus, they gave us a Starbucks coffee voucher, which was a nice bonus.

Excellent! The service was great, and everyone in my group agreed. The environment and hygiene were also top-notch. It's definitely worth a visit, and I'll be back next time. The private hot spring was amazing – just remember to bring your swimsuit! Haha!

The hote reception is very helpful and the check in are easy and fast! They can accept and kept your parcel from taobao in advance too!! The breakfast is good and it provides vegetarian options. The sweetened soft tofu is so nice. The coffee is also good! The room is spacious and the smart toilet is the best feature! We got a room with a bathtub only that there was no door so we had to take turns to use the bathtub privately. The room is a little bit cold for us though the heater was set for 30 Celsius but it shows that room temp was 24 Celsius (its still cold for us Malaysian!) the hotel also provide free laundry facilities to be used! Overall our stay in this hotel is highly recommended! Only that there was no muslim/halal eateries nearby and if you coming back to the hotel early, just pack some halal food in advance. Everything else is GOOD!

The room photos were quite different from reality. The bathroom had no door, just a partition, and you could see the walls were damp, which meant the room temperature couldn't get very high. The children's bed was right by the bathroom entrance, and the lower bunk was quite cold. Luckily, it wasn't too cold the night we arrived. We asked about a heater, and they brought a remote to adjust something. The kids' play area was pretty empty, and you needed to turn on the air conditioning in advance; it was actually warmer there than in the room. As for the projector, anyone who's used it knows what I mean. The hallway had absolutely no air conditioning, so you'd experience alternating hot and cold, especially in 6-degree weather. At this price, with no view and no amenities (there's no fridge in the room, apparently only in suites), it's completely not worth it. I have no idea how it got such a high rating.

I absolutely loved this hotel so much. The overall concept has a very Muji Japanese-style feel, simple, calm, and beautifully designed. All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. Even though there was a language barrier, they truly tried their best to help us with everything, which I really appreciated. My son accidentally left his bag in a Didi taxi, and the receptionist willingly helped us by keeping the bag safe and contacting the driver for us. Their honesty and helpfulness really touched me. The hotel is very kid-friendly, extremely clean, and comfortable. We even received a room upgrade with a private hot spring in the room. The staff took the time to patiently explain how to use the hot spring and all the facilities. The smart toilet was honestly one of the best features so cool and comfortable! The location feels a bit like a countryside area, which makes the atmosphere very chill, peaceful, and relaxing. Perfect for those who want to escape the city and enjoy a quiet stay. Overall, I truly loved everything about this hotel and would definitely come back again. ❤️

Compared to neighboring B&Bs, this place has the best conditions. Parking is convenient, and it's EV-friendly. It's close to the front section of Qingcheng Mountain Scenic Area. The staff's service attitude is good, and the breakfast is very homely, delicious, and the ingredients are fresh. What's most surprising is their own brand coffee shop, which offers Western meals. The fireplace is warm, and you can even enjoy an outdoor Chinese-style tea ceremony around a stove. Dining options nearby are also convenient, with glutinous rice wine, small noodles, hot pot, barbecue, and more. After checking out, I also bought a lot of organic seasonal vegetables from local farmers. We celebrated New Year's Eve here this year and even had fireworks! The room is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family trip. The service is warm and attentive. The hotel also has a coffee shop where you can relax, and a small garden on the rooftop for sunbathing.

The parking lot is spacious, which is very convenient if you're driving. The hot spring was very comfortable, perfect for kids to splash around or for couples to relax. The hotel food was good, just a bit pricey. They even had Dyson hairdryers, and the slippers felt high quality.

From a Singapore traveller. Z Hotel at Mount Qingcheng is a newly opened property, and the cleanliness is absolutely top-notch. The rooms and common areas are spotless and very well maintained. The service deserves special mention. The front counter staff, Miss Ma and her colleague on duty, provided truly world-class service. They were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, offering valuable advice and thoughtful recommendations that made our stay much more pleasant and convenient. Although the hotel is slightly away from the main Mount Qingcheng city area, this turns out to be one of its greatest strengths. The location offers a sense of serenity and tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. The hotel overlooks the beautiful Qingcheng Mountain, and the surroundings are peaceful, green, and calming—perfect for travelers seeking rest, relaxation, and a connection with nature. Didi transport is convenient and drivers know the hotel location without difficulty. Overall, Z Hotel is an excellent choice for those who appreciate cleanliness, attentive service, and a quiet retreat near Mount Qingcheng.

Exceeded my expectations, a truly wonderful hidden gem of a hotel. The room was great, with clean bedding, and it even came with a private hot spring tub, offering distant views of Mount Qingcheng. Both the fifth-floor terrace and the sixth-floor cafe boast excellent panoramic views (see photos). The evening sweet soup and breakfast were decent, quite palatable. The hotel also features EV charging stations and a Starbucks authorized coffee shop.

The environment is great, and the hot spring tub in the room is also very spacious; overall, it was a good experience. The rooftop garden is a wonderful place to relax and gaze at the mountains. Across the way, there's a Starbucks nestled in a bamboo forest, which offers a unique ambiance. It's also very close to Mount Qingcheng.

Very spacious and clean hotel room. They do sell everything you need like restaurant food or snacks and drinks from a vending machine for a reasonable price and the free Tang Yuan soup is my favourite. You can also ask them for bath bombs for your bathtub. Location is quite accessible, just 10mins drive away from QingChengShan high speed rail station, 5mins from Qing Cheng Shan and 35mins from Dujiangyan.
