The receptionist and housekeeper were very nice, very pretty girls. They provided services politely and enthusiastically. The hotel infrastructure was too poor, very dirty, with stains everywhere, the mirror was broken, the glass mirror was all water-stained, and the guest towels provided were the cheapest and very thin. The room did not have a full set of tea sets as shown in the pictures, there were no tea cups and disposable slippers, and I asked the front desk for them after checking in. The toilet seat was blocked, and a man with a disabled leg came and told me that this was normal, so I didn't dare to defecate for fear of water backflowing up. The windows could not be locked, the glass was very dirty, and the floor was not mopped clean. The owner of this hotel has poor management ability. This price is not worth it, not recommended.

It was a very relaxing trip! The hot springs were very comfortable and the service was very timely. The environment was great and artistic, and all the details showed the hotel's meticulousness. The only regret was that the sound insulation was a bit poor.

Arrived in the afternoon of the first day, check-in was smooth, front desk service was very good. Added the housekeeper's WeChat. Went to the room to put down the luggage and went to eat hot pot. After eating hot pot and watching Blue Tears, I went back to the hotel to soak in the hot spring. I went to the outdoor hot spring first, soaked for a while and sent a WeChat to the housekeeper to help us put the indoor hot spring in the sleeping. The housekeeper also gave us a Yaoyu bag. The next morning after breakfast, I soaked in the indoor hot spring again, which was very comfortable. After the hot spring, I went to the Dujiangyan Scenic Area. It took less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi. Hygiene: Excellent Service: The housekeeper responded promptly and the service was very good

Overall it was good. The housekeeper asked in detail what time to arrive and prepared the hot spring water in advance. However, the sink faucet was not closed tightly and water was dripping. Also, the bathroom light was broken and no one repaired it.
