My 9 year old daughter left her favorite stuffed animal in our room. She was beside herself ; very upset, and we were 3 hours down the road. My wife called to see if there was any way that the toy could be located. Long story short : not only did the staff locate the precious toy, but they mailed it to my daughter. Nice hotel— Not the most updated but still nice. I brought my pet so appreciated that there was a good grassy place for them to do their business away from guests. Pretty clean except charging device was super sticky/dirty. Not sure why this one item but gave me pause about other things. Stayed here on a trip from Dallas to Denver as a halfway point. Located on main highway so was easy to get in and out of. Will stay here again should I make trip again.
