Tea and coffee hadn't been replenished. Had to pick up ourselves at the reception area.. Toilet under-seat hadn't been properly cleaned. Brown rim of about 10cm where it had been wiped but not cleaned. Yuk. WIFi is a disaster, it doesn't work. Reception told us that its been like this for three years and provided a code for the Ultimate WIFI code which is normally chargeable (additional code). If the standard service hasn't worked for three years, why do you not give every customer the code and save the hassle ? Calling reception on mobile to report it doesn't work (because of the WIFI problem) and there is no longer a landline phone in the room, so long walk to reception to report issues. Staff were helpful when the above issues were reported but the first two shouldn't happen and the last one really shouldn't be outstanding after three years.
