Motel is lacking a lot of maintenance and housekeeping effort. Room smelled moldy, hair in the tub and walls, toilet hadnt been clean in i dont know how long. Around the sides and there was only 1 wall plug between the 2 beds and you have to get down on your knees to plug and unplug what you want. There was a power ***** behind the refrigerator and table.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was extremely rude and told us they close at 11. We told him we had a reservation and asked him if we needed to cancel he said no but we close at 11 and asked again do we need to leave? He said no and gave us keys. We went straight to the room and laid down and were covered with BEDBUGS! We told him we demand our money back. We are currently driving through the night to get home.

Check in staff was great. Lots of hot water, but the shower curtain needs to be raised some so its not sitting in the bottom of the tub. Fridge and ac worked awesome. Comfortable and clean for a good price, would stay there again for sure. Sign not saying OYO anywhere made it difficult to find though

If you are looking for a low cost/ no frills hotel, then I would suggest this one. This was my 3rd stay and if I'm back in Duncan and need a room, this would be my first choice.

It was pretty good for the price! I'd go there again. I will just bring my own coffee.
Breakfast isn't included, but to me it was no big deal. With the price savings I could get a decent breakfast and still save money.

the clerk was very friendly during check in so that was huge. It was pretty quiet during our stay. It was older and some attempts were made to make it look nice. I was a little grossed out by stained linens and towels and a giant booger on the walls. Beds were very comfortable though and no disturbances whatsoever. One huge issue I did have was there was no smoke detector in the room. It was removed from the spot on the wall. For that one reason alone, I wouldn't visit again. Although a reasonable rate, safety is an issue for me.
