New, friendly, clean and warm. I had a great sleep and the location was excellent (close to the University) The bed was super comfy reception was friendly. Can't fault this one.

這家酒店的月季種挺好的，比拳頭還大。房間也挺寬敞的，可以自己做飯（煮泡麪），乾淨整潔。停車也很方便。

모든 시설이 설명 사진과 동일하며 굉장히 청결하고 깔끔합니다. 더니든에 다시 온다면 또다시 선택하고 싶을정도로 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 도시도 청결하고 머지않은 거리에 아시안 마트도 있어 굉장히 편리합니다.

房間十分乾淨，面積也大，我們去的那一天沒有人，是旁邊汽車旅館的華人阿姨代給的鑰匙，停車也很方便，附近就有便利店，我覺得挺不錯的

房間挺大的，有兩個小床，很乾凈，設施也很全。check in有可能要去隔壁。前台大叔很和藹，會介紹但尼丁的各個景點。周邊在修路，開車不是很好走，總體而言是一次愉快的入住。

乾淨整潔，設施齊全應有盡有，reception非常熱情，給講解了但尼丁的好吃好玩的，包括市區哪裡好停車，非常nice！很滿意的一次入住體驗！還會再來。

房間很新，很乾凈，設備齊全，性價比高。在但尼丁這樣的房間不多的。強烈推薦極早預訂。酒店位於但尼丁市中心附近，但尼丁不大，從酒店去市中心或者奧塔哥大學都不遠，走路20分鐘之內必到。

We stayed 4 nights and were super happy with the accommodation. It’s in a great location which is an easy walk into the Octagon. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable with good quality linen. The unit has everything you need including underfloor heating and lots of power plugs. Our unit was a good size for travelling with friends. It’s really quiet at night too. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly supplying maps and recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Opened the door and super impressed with the clean, open, modern look. Modern quality appliances, good cookware and crockery, well cared for furnishings. Heating everywhere - lovely to wrap yourself around a warm bath towel. Heated mirror is fantastic. I definitely felt pampered in this boutique hotel. Wished I stayed here in April this year and also when we're back in two weeks to fly home. The motel is a little farther from the city centre but we like to walk a lot, so not an inconvenience for us. King bed was super comfy

The owners were very friendly and helpful they kindly gave us an upgrade to their biggest room as we were there for our 30th wedding anniversary and we booked an extra night, so stopped for 3 nights. The room was modern, clean and everything was provided. We actually cooked two meals there instead . The bed was great and I had a fantastic sleep. The area was in the student district along the main street into the city, certainly not the cleanest city, which is such a shame.

Great little motel! Lovely experience. Would stay again. Easy location, right in the hustle and bustle. Staff were lovely - very laid back. Rooms simple but roomy, enough for us as a family. Would stay again if in Dunedin as it was one of the best places to stay that we found.

Spotless cleanliness,helpful staff,nice gardens looks great,good parking.Well designed,comfortable ,slight traffic noise but I was in compact flat at the nearest point to the road.Car park well illuminated and has guards to prevent collisions with neighbouring wall & your car - nice touch.First biscuit in complimentary teas & coffees ! Thanks I loved it ( family controlling my intake !) - don't tell the wife !.I slept well and would recommend this accomodation.Flat 9 is compact but is well designed & comfortable for one.Great complimentary coffee ! .All fixtures and fittings spotless & new it's all ship shape & Bristol fashion - whats not 2 like.
