At night, you can hear singing upstairs when you sit in the courtyard, but you can no longer hear it after you return to the room and close the door.

I was extremely unhappy when I checked in. I stayed for three consecutive days, but I still gave a good review. I can't lose my objective evaluation of a hotel because of one person! I ate beef noodles for breakfast for three consecutive days, it was so delicious! There is indeed no coffee machine! The foot bath bucket at night shocked me, I must applaud! Let me write why I was unhappy! I started planning the Hexi Corridor trip on March 20, and planned to stay in Dunhuang for four nights. Between Dunhuang Villa, Sheraton and Tianhe, I chose the deluxe business standard room of Tianhe Hotel and booked two nights + two nights of Sheraton. Later, due to the change of itinerary, I changed it to Tianhe Deluxe Business King Bed for three nights on May 3. The standard room was only 732/night, and the king bed room I booked was 1100/night. I read the reviews before. Some people said there was a bathtub, and some people said there was no coffee machine. When I checked in, I carried two 24-inch large boxes and two backpacks into the lobby. There was no concierge, no luggage cart, and a man standing at the front desk looked at me (I later learned that it was Manager Shi from the sales department). I asked if there was no concierge? The manager answered that he had gone to set up the exhibition! I rolled my eyes in my heart, then why don't you help me? You just watched, without any sense of hotel service! When checking in, I asked the lady at the front desk if there was a bathtub? The last three days of the 14-day trip were in Dunhuang, and I still wanted to be more comfortable. The front desk said no... I took out Ctrip and said it was written here. At this time, the man pointed at my phone and said that this photo was a suite. I said it said a luxurious big bed, and he was still saying that this was a suite! He was so anxious! At this time, I was very annoyed with him! I asked the lady at the front desk if I could upgrade? The lady was about to open her mouth, but he interrupted and said that this was a suite. I said I would pay the difference! The lady was about to open her mouth again, and he interrupted again: Do it quickly, make up the difference! I was speechless. The lady looked at me with the room card and my ID card. At this moment, she was already very unhappy. I said, give me the room card, any room is fine, I am checking in on credit, you can deduct the money yourself! Then I pulled two pieces of luggage upstairs, and the man just looked at me... or another lady came over to press the elevator for me. At this time, I was so angry that I forgot to ask a series of questions such as the location and time of breakfast, how to register the license plate for the vehicle parked in the basement, and even didn’t know which building I lived in! Later, when I passed by the front desk at night, I remembered that the front desk lady and I only said one sentence during the whole stay: Is there a bathtub? Answer: No! Then she looked at me and I looked at her, and listened to the man interrupting! After going upstairs, I was anxious to work and wift couldn’t be used, so I went to the housekeeping department again. At this time, I asked about the room problem. The response speed of repairing wifi was still very fast! It turned out that mine was indeed a suite. The lady opened a suite for me at the beginning. She held the room card in her hand and kept watching me and talking to Manager Shi. I couldn’t interrupt! In the following three days, I went in and out, and the service attitude of all the staff was really good, including meeting me in the elevator when I went down to the basement, and accompanied me to walk to find the car for fear that I couldn’t find the car! So if I have the opportunity to come to Dunhuang again, I should choose Tianhe again! Finally, I would like to write to the hotel managers. Your sales department is not a good staff just because of how many activities it attracts. If Zeiss and the business school can come, it is not necessarily the credit of the sales staff. It is more about the good service and good reputation that bring customers! You can't let the hotel's service down just because he signed the order and attracted customers! It is also extremely impolite for a man to interrupt two ** magazines! Another point is that such a big hotel, in and out for three days, there is really no concierge or porter. I suggest you learn from Zhangye Hotel, Wuwei Liangzhou Hotel, or Dunhuang Villa. The concierge service is basically comparable to that of a five-star hotel in Beijing! (Before leaving, I went to Dunhuang Villa on purpose. There were two cars in the parking lot, but there were four concierges at the door, and they were very well behaved!)

At night, I could even gaze at the desert stars from the terrace, feeling truly connected to nature! [Perfect Service] From the moment I booked, I felt the owner's attentiveness! We agreed on a pick-up time in advance, and the driver enthusiastically helped with our luggage. Upon check-in, the housekeeper offered us homemade apricot peel water and thoughtfully provided a sand mask and body lotion! [Amazing Facilities] The room's natural wood design creates a soothing, warm, and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water comes out instantly. The toiletries are also very useful (I forgot the brand). Best of all, our room has a large picture window with a view of the Mingsha Mountain, making it very quiet at night.

The hotel is really child-friendly. Any photo you take at the hotel will turn out great. The children didn't want to go out to play because they were digging for gold coins in the sand area. There was also a stargazing activity at night. The children had a lot of fun, and the adults also had fun taking photos. The children said that the hotel's breakfast was the best they had in the past few days and they didn't want to go home after having so much fun. The whole stay was very pleasant and reassuring. The layout of the room is also my favorite style. All kinds of facilities are available. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. Highly recommended! ! ! !

When I came to Dunhuang, I chose the Five Diamond Hotel. I saw Huaxia at first sight. The check-in experience was excellent. The lobby is elegantly decorated, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete. The staff is friendly, and the check-in and check-out are efficient and fast. The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet, and I had a good rest at night. A hotel with super cost-effectiveness, I will choose here next time.

The hotel opened in June, and its overall design is absolutely perfect for photography enthusiasts, giving the feeling of being in a Middle Eastern desert hotel. A complimentary Platinum Wedding Photography session was included with check-in; the photography and makeup services were quite good, and I happily paid extra for professionally retouched photos. The hotel provides complimentary dinner, desserts, and drinks for consecutive stays, offers different craft classes daily, and features a bonfire and Dunhuang dance performance in the evenings. The hotel also complimentary a performance of the Thousand Hands and Thousand Eyes show by the China Disabled Persons' Performing Arts Troupe (the same team that performed the Thousand Hands Guanyin program at the Spring Festival Gala). A big thank you to driver Mr. Xia and manager Mr. Bai for braving the rain to get tickets and arrange transportation for us, including taking my child to and from the Mingsha Mountain. I'm also grateful to my room manager, Ms. Wen Yaru, for her thoughtful service and arrangements during my stay, and to housekeeping staff Ms. Xu Yaping. The hotel added many wonderful memories to my trip to Dunhuang.

Very good location to enjoy the view of Ming Sha Shan together. Considerate service and very thoughtful facilities included. Better to stay here when planning to go to the Ming sha shan, 4 mins taxi from hotel to there. 10-15mins taxi to the city centre.

When traveling to Dunhuang, I wanted to find a hotel with a parking lot. I searched for this hotel on the platform. After checking in, the hotel sent welcome fruits. My friend had some minor problems with his room. After communication, he immediately upgraded his room and checked in. In the past few days, my friends were very satisfied. The souvenir display in the lobby has a large area. There are many souvenirs in many varieties, covering all aspects of life. If you don’t have time to buy souvenirs and souvenirs, it is a good choice to shop here at one stop, and the price is the same. The prices are clearly marked, and I am honest. I will choose this place again when I come to Dunhuang in the future.

Stayed here for two consecutive days. The hotel facilities are new, clean, quiet and the service is very good. The location is not far from Mogao Grottoes and Mingsha Mountain Crescent Spring. It only takes 20 minutes to drive there, which is very convenient.
