Hotel di Dunhuang Airport/Dunhuang Railway Station, Dunhuang

The state-owned hotel covers a large area with a very good green environment. Dinner is in Building 2. The five-star chef's cooking skills are very good and the price is not expensive. The hotel is very close to the Mogao Grottoes, suitable for staying after seeing Dunhuang/Dongdong Dunhuang. The breakfast is rich. If there is a chance, I will come again!

The boss and his family drive to pick you up! If you want to go anywhere, just tell the boss and he will take you there at any time. The price is reasonable and safe! Staying in this inn is worry-free! The boss can meet the needs of guests in terms of itinerary planning! The room is clean and the surrounding environment is rich. There are Shangyuan Market, Dunhuang Theater, and a Ledong Dunhuang performance. You can stroll there after dinner! Very down-to-earth! I will definitely recommend it to my friends! I wish the boss a prosperous business and a lot of money!

A family booked this hotel for a trip to Dunhuang during the Spring Festival. The high-speed train arrived at around 7:00 before dawn. We called the hotel and a special car came to pick us up immediately. Thank you, driver, for your hard work. As soon as we checked in and put our luggage away, the waitress brought us steaming snow fungus and red dates soup. It was so delicious! We booked the Mogao Grottoes tickets for 9:30 in the morning. Manager Shi Caixia also drove us to the digital center in person. Thank you so much. When we left the hotel for the high-speed rail station early in the morning, Shi Caixia also drove us to the station. Thank you for your hard work. You also prepared breakfast for us in advance. I am touched. Next time I come to Dunhuang, I will definitely stay in your hotel again.

The hotel is centrally located in Urumqi but unfortunately the road right outside in front the hotel is under some construction that make the hotel surrounding a bit untidy. However the hotel staffs are great. Especially, Mr Liu Ruoxuan ( (刘若玄) who was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me to contact the trip.com staff to communicate with them when my booking on trip.com have a discrepancy with the booking information that the hotel system recorded. Issue resolved with the help from Mr Liu and successfully checked into the room that i have booked without further event.

The location is very convenient. It is very close to the night market. Although many shops in the night market are closed this month, the room is spacious. It is air-conditioned but not radiator. It is just right to turn off the air-conditioner and cover yourself with a quilt to sleep at the end of November. The weather is not too cold. The sanitation is quite clean. Compared with Home Inn in Zhongwei and Zhangye, there are boiled water and various ingredients for making tea at the front desk, such as wolfberry, red dates, chrysanthemum, lemon slices, etc. There are many choices. Guests can choose to make tea every day to go out and play. It's a pity that Home Inn in Dunhuang is not highly rated. I chose Hanting when I came to Dunhuang. The service provided by Hanting seems to be less cost-effective when the price is more expensive. The brewed tea is at the front desk and there are no ingredients. The management can consider upgrading the service

The hotel is in a great location. The bus is right outside, taking you directly to the entrance of Mingsha Mountain. It's also very close to the Shazhou Night Market, about a 10-minute walk away. The market is still crowded until midnight. Turn left and you'll see the Bouncing Pipa statue. It's a budget hotel, very convenient.

This stay was excellent, a perfect score! 💯 Facilities: This newly opened hotel, opened in 2025, boasts comprehensive amenities and well-designed rooms, with no wasted space. The bathroom was spotless, with separate wet and dry areas, a smart toilet, and disposable toilet seats—every detail was carefully considered. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a factor I always consider when booking a room. As a hotel in a county-level city, Youjian's cleanliness rivals that of hotels in first-tier cities. The room was spotless, odorless. The bedding was clean, and most importantly, the pillows were very comfortable. Environment: The location is excellent, right in the city center, next to the city government. Within 800 meters, you'll find a variety of popular online check-in spots, well-known restaurants, breakfast spots, snack bars, and night markets. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful in answering any questions we had. Due to Dunhuang's dry weather, bottled water was readily available. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, close to everything and an easy strolling distance from the night market in any weather. The room was a decent size with lots of windows and a surprisingly powerful (and awesome) overhead shower. Some guests may object to the partially used mini toiletries in the room (the moisturizer and shampoo were both 3/4s used. As a summer visitor, the room would really benefit from a mini fridge!

Hotel was very nice. Everything was clean. Room big enough for two people. Not much noise. Night market and many shops nearby. Stuff can not speak English but were very efficient in using translation apps.

I stayed at the hotel as a solo traveler during the low season. Upon arrival I found that I had an issue with the room that I had booked, but the staff was very professional and went above and beyond to help sort it out. The location is great, within walking distance to the railroad/bus/airport shuttle bus & night market. Every staff member that I interacted with, whether they spoke english fluently or through a translator, was very friendly, helpful & forthcoming with information. Likewise, the cleaning staff did a good job & was friendly. Highly recommended.
