I have stayed at Albion Manor before, Jean and Peter are such wonderful hosts. They always go out of their way to make our stay extra special. The rooms are spacious and clean, The breakfast is an absolute treat! I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Durban.

What a little gem. The host is extremely obliging and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. She is warm and welcoming. Arrival drink was delightful. Breakfast is fantastic, beware, there is a lot to eat! The view from the dining room is absolutely superb and the staff in the kitchen were friendly and very professional. We will stay there again without a doubt. A great experience. The situation is perfect for both shopping and restaurants, of which there are plenty within a 3 km radiance.

We had an Amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Express, Umhlanga. This has to be one of the best service I've experienced (local and international included). Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this Establishment. Check in was awesome. Brendan and team were extremely Welcoming, Friendly and Efficient. We were settled into the room in no time as well as informed of all the amenities. We traveled as a group and the team helped us to get rooms close to each other which was so convenient. Breakfast was scrumptious and the service exceeded our expectations. Trisha and the team take their work and service to customers so seriously - like it's their own company. My son wanted Chocolate muffins and they baked it specially for him - how amazing is that! We were leaving early to the airport and Trisha offered to have breakfast ready from 5am - was so impressed and grateful. This has to be one of the best hotels across the world. Kudos to the team and leadership. Highly recommend anyone to not hesitate to book here. Thanks so much guys

Umhlanga is a beautiful location, it is safe, clean and easy going. There is a nearby beach 🏖 with an amazing whale bone pier and stunning views. The large gateway mall is a 7-10mins walk and is filled with all kinds of entertainment, food, shopping experiences you may need. The hotel service is good. Ultimate highlight of my trip was the pool 🏊♀️ clean and never busy.

Service from reception and housekeeping needs some attention, we requested for a porter which did not come, we had to carry our own luggage out. room service was pathetic, we ordered a meal which did not come after being told that it was on its way. it is disappointing as Royal palm is our preference hotel to stay at when we visit KZN

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't particularly like the restaurant/ room service menu as it ONLY had milkshakes on their drinks menu. You have to inquire about other drinks like wine, juices, coffee etc. It would be nicer if all the drinks prices were listed. The kettle in my room was dirty but housekeeping and the front desk were apologetic and replaced it with a clean kettle quickly. Every cafe or restaurant around the hotel opens at 9a.m, so I recommend paying for the hotel breakfast buffet if you're an early bird like me. I learnt about loadshedding after coming back from a day out and finding no power except a light and the tv in my room. For foreign guests who don't know about it, it might be a nice touch if the hotel could place the loadshedding schedule in guest rooms so it doesn't come as an unwelcome surprise. The bed was comfy and the wifi was usually fast. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel.

As always the Beverley has surpassed itself. This is my third stay and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Durban. The staff are impeccable and they can’t do more for you. Room in excellent condition and contains thoughtful touches. Food great breakfast and dinner service. Room service is well presented and to a good standard. If I was going to criticise I would say the balcony’s could do with a spruce up but other then that great. See you next year.

My stay here was absolutely lovely! The staff are very attentive and extremely helpful and friendly! I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Pearls. I would like to give a shout at to the Executive Chef Gerald, who went above and beyond to prepare delicious vegetarian dishes with his special touch. He was very hospitable and kind! I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Durban. Amazing service with a smile!

PPengguna TetamuClean space with perfect beach design to each room. Have stayed several times and each time with a superior experience. Rooms with views, 300 meters to the ocean and famed lighthouse, restaurants galore out the door, coffee shops and woolies down the street. The best part is that the staff go above and beyond and exhibit incredible service.

TTraveldairies.A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall.
The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though.
Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late.
We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets.
Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP.
I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon.
One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients
I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments.
The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

MMsNikitaBeautiful place, it is very quiet and peaceful. I loved the sea view😍. The room is very clean and spacious, very friendly staff, always there to help. Breakfast was very delicious, many options to choose from, this guest house is close to many restaurants and party places, this is a huge bonus, very convenient, I highly recommend. Whether you want a peaceful stay of you want to be out and about, this is definitely the right place to book😉❤️

PPengguna TetamuHotel is in a fantastic location! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but I'm not so sure about the pool. The water looked clean.. just the floor of the pool was off-putting. I was a bit disappointed I didn't have a fridge in my room. Maybe larger rooms have them? During loadshedding hours, everything is still powered. The wifi was great! Overall, its a lovely hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in apartment 408 and it was disappointing. Firstly the photos on the website and the actual furniture and decor are not the same. In fact, some of the photos are misleading. The unit accommodates four people, but there are only three seats provided in the lounge area, so one of has always had to sit on the patio. The one toilet seat is broken, and even though we reported it, nothing was done. The patio door lock doesn't lock, so we felt a little bit uneasy at night. The main bedroom door leading to the patio, which is a nice feature, could not be used because there isn't a key for it. And the windows definitely needs some cleaning. Whist the view from the patio on the channel leading to the harbour is great (there is no view on the main harbour as implied) the netting covering the patio is bit of an irritance. But this is understandable as it is advertised as a per friendly apartment, but it is something to be aware of before you make your booking. The net in no way disturbs the view but it will definitely give the patio a more open feeeing if there is not net. So my advise, unless you're visiting with pets, look for another apartment in PWA. The area and location is great.

ZZondiBeds are really short and the tvs are quite disappointing to say the least. I only go cause it’s cheap but you guys could do better honestly.
Thanks for the service though. WiFi has been down consistently and that’s a real bummer cause I work from home.

PPengguna TetamuWe picked Eden Manor for its proximity to Durban King Shaka airport (as the airport is 40km north of the City). Our stay was great. We wanted to go to the Indian Ocean and they gave us recommendations to take Uber to Umdloti Beach, and a restaurant, Our flight out was early, and before their breakfast service begins (7am) but they left out cereal, tea and coffee, fruit, and showed us where we could find yoghurt. Everything was great about our stay. We took their transportation service to the airport (like a private Uber) for 300R. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it if you have an early flight.

Couple trip, we had an amazing stay. Definitely coming back for another trip in this hotel. The staff from the gate to the inside hotel, amazing service. Very nice and professional. The place Is a top notch very beautiful, I love it. The prices are affordable. It is safe, you can park your car. The rooms are gorgeous. We loved everything about the Hotel.

There is a great little restaurant and bar just downstairs with fantastic food. The room was clean peaceful and comfortable. I’ll definitely come stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuWonderful resort and kids facilities are fantastic, situated in a great area close to shops and restaurants. Close to the beach at about 200m. I particularly enjoyed the Deck in the evening just as the kids went to bed ;-)
