This hotel, located at the heart of the city, is quite a good one, excepting a few negative aspects, like: 1. The rooms are very small. 2. There is no exhaust, not even in the Toilets, which makes the rooms stuffy. 3. The drivers accomodation, for which they charge Rs.500/- per day, was absolutely lousy. The Toilets here, as reported by our Driver, had not been cleaned for days, making them unusable. However, everything else was fine.

They will not refund any extra payment done by mistake from the user. Its been more than 15days and the refund can easily be issued via gpay immediately but NO, the ***ager will just give false promises thats it. I have mailed them and messaged them but no positive response. Be aware.

On our road trip from Calcutta, we went searching for breakfast in Durgapur near City Center area...landed in Citi Residenci accidentally...it was worth every bit of it...almost in closing hours around 10:15-10:30am...they entertained us...very nice spread, freshness, taste and courtesy were really impressive. Plan to stay once with them to have a complete taste of their hospitality...they are having outlets in the same property for different cuisines...keep going and thanks for making our morning a fulfilling one..

The property is ok to stay. But the check in experience was bad. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service.

A recommended place to experience truly! The service is immaculate with a mentionabley sincere ***agement. As of the room, we had opted for a suite contrary to our family stay which was well maintained, duly planned and turned out to be an amazing stay. I am highly satisfied with the experience and would love to opt for the same in coming times!

Not worth the money I would say. Rooms are small. I mean, after paying up almost 5K, and being told at the reception that"Sir, we have upgraded your room", I was utterly surprised looking at the room allotted to me. It was such cramped that I could only wonder, if I was really upgraded. The room stinked of ciggerate, maybe because of a smoking room. Washroom door had sounds during opening and closing. Food quality was not upto the mark I was billed. Food is overpriced. Customer service- in room and front office is absolutely pathetic. I had to call 3-4 times for having just a bottle of mineral water. I could not understand what else you are discussing mutually while the customer is standing at the front desk. Not the best of the service experience. As a matter of fact, the security personnel are presenting more courtesy. I will not prefer to come here anymore.

Now I am in durgapur pathar pachili in bangali restaurant its amazing food for kochi pathar ***gho and steamed rice. Excellent cooked for Chef Sushanto Marity kitchen department and bonkim f&B service department I am happy for execelent fod and service I am come back for next week's...... plz chef arrangement for misty doy please.....

Incredibly noisy due to functions in adjacent buildings, impossible to sleep. Hot water had a pungent sulfuric stench and was cold within 5 minutes. Staff are pleasant and helpful but I would not stay here again.

I flew in from Singapore and checked in late, but had informed the desk that I shall be doing so. The room given to me was not fit for hu*** habitat. The bed linen was soiled, pillow covers dirty, walls swollen and several chunks of plaster falling off and clinging like old aged wrinkled skin.. the mirror silvering was off and extremely dirty. Did not dare enter the bathroom. I decided that I won’t be able to stay in that room as it’s literally the worst I have seen in my last 13 years of traveling.
Thankfully - the floor ***ager was good. Upon calling him, he was swiftly able to shift me to a different room and that room was fine, no complaints for that.
I do not know if this was a one off aberration at this place or if it’s common practice - but my initial experience of the room given to me was sheer terrible. Kudos to the staff of course - prompt in action and amicable
