Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. Everything is fine good staff and food is awesome inthis hotel this is my first stay here for my company work I stey here for 4 day's price is good on this range and food quality is also good Highly recommended to pls if you come in durgapur you can try this for 1 time .

The stay was awesome perfect...I had such type of stay at a very limited hotels...keep it up guys...you are doing good...specially staff...food was very nice awesome...lovely atmosphere...even I will say the security staff was also very nice & helpful...

Very clean hotel. Service can improve in regards to supplying toiletries at room. The food is not Authentic Bengali - just good quality Multi cuisine. Top floor Gym was very well appointed. Fish odors need to be better managed (since Bengali Cuisine is heavily Fish centric).

Courteous and worthy rooms are clean and neat, would like to join one more time. Staff were respectful, restaurant was good, breakfast is delicious reception really benevolent towards the customers, billing is reasonable. Only we need king fisher ultra at the bar and other smoother beer brands r also needed.

Excellent facility, clean room and well behaved staffs. Food is also awesome, the breakfast buffet has best suitable options. South Indian delicacies are a must try. Front staffs are very helpful. Minibar options are very favourable as per your needs.

The stay is wonderful. The buffet for breakfast may make more richer in terms of the varieties available. In the gym, very less equipment are there and gym is having very less space. Having experience more check in time during check-in. Value for money btw

After long time my stay in this hotel was fantastic. Rooms and bathroom was neat and clean. They have excellent Break fast and dinner spread. Plan to visit next month. The area is also the most convenient in Durgapur (City Center) .For leisure travellers lot of places are nearby (Bolpur,Maithon Etc) .Airport and railway station is also very close to this property.

Maintain high quality standards. Hotel staff are very supportive. Quality of Food is very good with lot of options to choose from in buffet. Rooms are spacious and hygiene is maintained. Parking is available and location of the hotel is very convenient

Great place to stay. Clean, great location and great customer service by every staff. Very easy to check in, and the lady (Nivedita) / gentleman at the counter was so helpful. Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall. Hope to visit soon..
