Staff very very rude , not co-operative , room so bad , No phone , No Wi Fi , No suitable cover , No refrigerator, No thing there , I didn’t like , not recommended to any one .

I always stay here. The breakfast and location are really great.its very clean as well but not that many amenities. This time slippers were not available and the check in was digital.

The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient for guests. However, there is no gym, which could be a drawback for those who prioritize fitness. Additionally, some room facilities could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

Very good hotel at excellent location. Very clean and maintained hotel. Any types of traveller can stay in this hotel. Staffs and services are good, as well.

For 4 star hotel rating they can do more for their guest. No valet service with baggage, no phone in the room to call for service becos there are no services rendered except for housekeeping who just fold the duvet and change the towels .

I recently stayed at this hotel in Düsseldorf and overall had a great experience. The location is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's very close to both the tram station and U-Bahn, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options. The only downside was that the check-in process was a bit strange and took longer than expected. However, despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.

The hotel is very unserious. There is noone in the reception to help you in case of trouble with your key etc. Today we checked out and were almost losing our flight becsuse the room key didnt work, we couldnt enter the room to take our luggages to go to the airport. It took us almost 20-30 minutes to find a person working there!!!! Then We left tje room in a big rush not to lose our flight and my husband left his e-book at the room. We called the hotel many times but their phone doesnt work, we sent many mails too but no reply!!!

Have already stayed several times in the Carathotel. Everything is modern and practical. Though the rooms are not luxurious, they are very functional and beds are comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out can be done online or at the check-in tablet stations. Great location to main shopping areas (Kö) and just 10 min walk to the main train station. Bonus are the fantastic luxury Edeka supermarket in the same building, as well as access to the very funky John Reed gym just around the corner for just EUR 5 through the hotel.

Location was great not far from the main shopping street! Room is good size as well!

My daughter and I stayed this hotel it’s location is good but most important thing is the staff are very helpful and nice . And the breakfast is very nice

Bedding in the room are quite dirty, has mod much short hair on the bed.

The location is good and the parking lot is comfortable. Breakfast is worth the price.
