Hotel near with train and bus station which is easy to reach to dusseldorf centre station and dusseldorf city. The room also very clean and nice

Bathroom didn't have a bath despite being advertised. Shower had a broken door handle on the inside so was dangerous to get out because you just had to push it (slippery). Really old TV to the side of the bed so almost unusable. Room didn't even have a mini fridge. Bed was very hard and pillow way too soft, very bad sleep. And to top it all off, only 2 electricity sockets! We constantly had to juggle appliances if we wanted to use everything. I would only recommend this hotel if you're desperate, it really needs renovation in the rooms.

easily accessible by car and very clean!

We had a 2 night 3 day stay. The room was well equipped and clean. The beds were not made the next day. Coffee for the kettle not refilled and towels not changed. Additionally, the central air conditioning was very cold at 25 degree settings.

No heating in the room, no telephone to call reception...and, supposedly, accessories available at reception on call...we go downstairs and there is none...we are disappointed

It was a little far from the station, but it was a safe and quiet place.

We are still very satisfied. We were kindly given a quieter room at our request (the first room was directly opposite the elevator, so we have had bad experiences in other hotels) My husband also got a second pillow upon request. Many thanks to your service team.

It is particularly suitable if the conference is also taking place there. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work.

stayed for 2 nights, really a great hotel in terms of value for money. Highly recommended.
