Arrived late night due to flight delay. Didn't had breakfast as I left early. Deposit was taken but still didn't get any info when it will be reversed. Just was told the room need to be checked first. However I just slept there for 4 hours

Overall not clean! Sheets smell nasty. Staff are rude. I asked the resiptionist why the smell of merguana is everywhere? Do you smell it? He answered rudely " he can't smell. He has allergy " no mention the jamed door of my room making big noise when opened.

The front desk staff was not friendly. The continental breakfast was too limited. Housekeeping was fair. The heater part was coming apart

Clean and quiet. Breakfast could use a meat item - sausage, bacon etc or at least potatoes. Only eggs which is a bit boring, Room shower head attachment was really clumsy and hard to use. Otherwise all was good

I had a room in the front facing the street and the street noise/car/trucks was terrible, even in the middle of night which I couldn't sleep. Also, the bathrooms are very old and should be remodeled, and water in the sink drained very slowly.

It’s my second stay at this hotel. One thing that spoiled my stay was the breakfast. I went down to breakfast area at 9:20 and there was no hot meal. My husband asked the service lady about eggs and the answer he got was: finished. Just one word. No “sorry”, no any explanation. He went to reception desk then and again no apology but : we are out of stock we will have eggs the tomorrow.
The problem was not absence of eggs but the way it was addressed. Sorry, but not coming back.

Our room reeked of urine and on the floor was evidence of the unit not being cleaned before my wife and I accessed the room. We alerted staff and we were given an excuse of it being a let room, unable for the urine scent to removed, and was handed a can of Lysol. We called ******* and they handled the situation in the lower level manner that has recently handled poor service handlings by their hotel partners. Again, our last 4 ventures with ******* have been below the standard they once had. We have 2 more bookings with ******* and have decided to not utilize the service any longer. We are sorry to live but the ******* we once enjoyed in turning to establish our travel accommodations is not the same and seems to be long gone.
