3-star level hotel，some noise at midnight 4am to 6am， i did not sleep well, food is okay, service is good

Well above expectations! The hotel interior is beautiful. The room is spacious and spotless. If the hotel would be located in the city center, it would be a fancy hotel.

Great staff. Good breakfast. Good location. Close to the Bus Terminal Station. The cleaneass of the room has to be improved. Basic room with limited hot water. It’s OK for one night in Jakarta East side.

The hotel features a sleek, modern design with comfortable, well-furnished rooms. The attention to detail in the decor and the quality of amenities enhance the overall guest experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable.One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were consistently courteous, helpful, and attentive to my needs, which made a big difference in my overall experience.

Checking-in problematic. Credit Card machines were said not to work on Google Pay. In the restaurant, the same machine was accepting Google pay. This hotel is a smokers paradise. Even the non-smoking room smelled as if a smoker had been staying there. Noisy rooms (guests..). Every little sound penetrates the walls, doors. Restaurant quite good. Best nasi goreng for years.

It was nice and clean environment. Higly recommended. Note: The wifi speed was very slow. Hopefully next time will be ok. Overall experience was amazing.

There are shopping malls with food stores around, such as kfc, McDonald, subway, domino's pizza, etc. There are also many roadside snacks, but I haven't tried it. Disadvantages: First, unlike in China, you can refill mineral water for free. Secondly, it seems that all hotel windows in Indonesia cannot be opened. Although there are windows, they are locked or there is no place to open them. In addition, the mosque is opposite the hotel. There are many prayer broadcasts at fixed times every day. At first, it was noisy, but it’s okay to get used to it. After all, this kind of prayer sound can be heard anywhere in Indonesia.
