Ulasan Naraya Hotel

Big rooms and good breakfast. The first day we there they upgrade us to Deluxe rooms. On rhe 3rd day We had to move to different rooms due to AC problem

I had a bad experience at the Naraya Hotel when I stayed there on Saturday, 17th.. I checked in quite late at night around 10 pm.. I stayed in the deluxe type in room 412. When I wanted to take a shower, it turned out that the soap was out and filled with water. There was only 1 toothbrush... I had to wait after I reported it to the FO.. After taking a shower and praying and after trying to charge my cellphone... I walked to the power outlet next to the bed... I slipped, fell and sat down.. After looking, it turned out that near the curtain there was a puddle of water from who knows where it came from. It hurt like hell in my waist and buttocks. I also got abrasions on my left knee.. If my husband hadn't forbade me, I would have sued the Naraya Hotel management.. because I slipped and caused an injury.. This shows that the hotel, especially the housekeeping department, is not doing its job properly.. Where is the hotel responsible?

The floor of the room is permanently dirty, the floor tiles should be replaced so that it looks clean when entering the room. The AC is not cold. Overall standard

Strategic location, but the hotel is old. Got a room with a leaky roof in the bathroom. So the ceiling is stained

Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta This hotel is connected to Jakarta National University, so it is very convenient when you have something to do at the university. There is a university bus stop right outside the main gate, there are many food stalls around, the hotel staff are polite and have nice smiles, and the person at the counter exchanged money to pay for the taxi. It was convenient and helpful. It would be perfect if it came with shampoo, I think something like green hand soap is an all-in shampoo. I was able to use it without any problems. It's about 5km to the city, so I don't feel inconvenienced, but it took me a while to find a place to eat at night. It's a very nice and clean hotel. Anyway, it's a good hotel with great staff service, and I highly recommend it.

I have a breakfast at the resto, placed at the 1st floor. the food come with great taste. the air conditioning system is also good enough for me to sleep after walking around in a super-hot jakarta weather

Strategic area for my schedule meeting , clean and fresh room, so happy and we will definitely coming back❤️ Consistentcy taste dan Variant breakfast and staff always smiling during duty .. good job Naraya team

There's a restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel named "clovis"...i was asking for some nice local food recommendation to try for my dinner. the waiter give me the choices between nasi goreng and soto betawi and i chose the latter. Turns out the soup with some kind of yellow-ish broth tastes really good and i fancy it a lot

This hotel building is relatively new, also the furniture inside looks new. The room is cheap, so does the food at the 1st floor restaurant. the room itself was really spacious & neat...so, I feel so much win to stay here
