Pine Hill Homestay

Good size room. They provide all the necessary blankets to save you from chilling shillong weather. You can have food at the dining area (which is small) but you have to tell them well in advance. There are no food options nearby and you would need to go to the police bazaar to try something different. There is a geyser but the hot water doesn't stay hot for a long time.

We enjoyed the stay here, the location (a bit away from the city traffic jams), and most of all, the hospitality. We had a cab hired from Guwahati and hence it did not matter that we were out of the city, and also helped in avoiding traffic every day to explore nature around Shillong! The food was nice too, and we particularly remember the nice Allo ****ttas that we had for breakfast!
