Hotel berhampiran JD Sports, East Kilbride

Thank you to the staff, as a solo traveller I was quite nervous but I felt so safe. Check in was smooth and friendly. The hotel is clean, stylish and smart. You need your room key to use the lifts so I felt so safe going to my room. I stayed in a double room and it was so spacious! Everything was tidy and well placed. Even though there was a fun fair on the next street it didn’t really bother me when I shut the window. It was my first time staying in an apart-hotel and I would definitely recommend! I didn’t know that having ice in the freezer and cutlery would make me so happy haha. I could chill my water and have a lovely meal in my room without having to fork out for a more expensive takeaway. I used the Tesco express down the street to get myself fresh food. The bathroom had a lovely heated towel Rail too so I had the warmest, fluffiest towel! Down in the lobby they have a Brita water filter, board games, extra kitchen equipment and food and drink. Will certainly return if I ever visit Glasgow again!

I recently stayed at the Moxy Hotel in Glasgow and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the hotel's trendy and vibrant atmosphere. We booked this as we knew our flight home to Glasgow Airport was landing late and we could not face the long drive home at such a time. By the time we cleared with our bags and walked to the hotel from the terminal it was 2am when we checked in. Unfortunately we were given room 115, which was opposite the elevators on the first floor. It was also not only an accessible room with wet bathroom (no shower unless you wanted to flood the whole room) but also had a ”connecting” door to the next room. No idea who was on the either side, but not ideal for either of us given our late arrival. I was feeling extremely tired and and went straight to my bed - unfortunately it was far too soft and it was a double, so we tended to fall into the middle where the ”hole” or ”dip” in the mattress was. With us both trying to sleep on the outside of the mattress for comfort we continually pulled the small duvet from each other in an attempt to keep warm after our return from Africa. The pillows were also too soft for my liking, however that was minor compared to the mattress. There hours later, at around 5am the corridor started coming alive with excited children heading off on their holidays, running and squealing, literally!! I can't blame them for being enthusiastic, but perhaps their parents might have understood that some guests might still wish to sleep at that time? Thus our morning continued so when we finally dragged ourselves up for breakfast around 9am I was extremely tired and somewhat grumpy... Now to breakfast; a fairly good selection was on offer if you came at a quiet time. I saw some guests leave towards the end our meal time as they did not want to wait in the queue for what was left. My main gripe about the breakfast was again, not the hotel's fault, but the guests, who presumably are not used to staying in hotels and don't know what swerving utensils are for. I saw one female guest pick up and touch several slices of bread and returning them before picking what she put in the toaster machine. I purposely picked a slice she hadn't pawed and waited whilst it went through the machine, then just as it arrived a young man (her son I believe) whisked it away in front of me. Manners non existent. The breakfast staff were helpful and friendly and the food on offer was perfectly adequate if all the guests knew how to behave. All in all, we picked this hotel for a catch up sleep after a late flight in and we didn't achieve that so we will not be back.

Kami menginap di Hotel Easy dua kali dalam tempoh seminggu, saya menempah kedua-dua penginapan sebelum saya pergi ke yang pertama... Saya kesal dengan keputusan itu. Dalam keadilan penginapan pertama, bilik yang kami tempah adalah kira-kira £32 kerana ia adalah hari minggu. Ia adalah yang paling murah yang ada di dalam kawasan pusat bandar Glasgow. Oleh itu, ia mendapat pujian untuk menjadi yang termurah, namun biliknya kecil. Kami mendapat bilik dengan tingkap kedua-dua kali, sebenarnya saya rasa tanpa tingkap anda akan berasa sesak. Saya cuba menempah terus dengan easyHotel tetapi laman web mereka hanya ranap di halaman pembayaran, yang tidak berguna kerana saya telah mendaftar untuk perkhidmatan diskaun dalaman percuma mereka. Yang membenarkan satu jam tambahan di atas katil sebelum daftar keluar - jadi 11 pagi dan bukannya 10 pagi. Selain itu, ia membolehkan kadar yang lebih murah sedikit apabila menempah bilik. Saya juga menelefon hotel untuk memberitahu bahawa saya tidak boleh membuat tempahan dalam talian, mereka berkata mereka tidak membuat tempahan melalui telefon dan menasihatkan untuk pergi melalui laman web pihak ketiga kerana ia cenderung lebih murah. Dalam contoh ini, pergi terus adalah yang paling murah - jadi saya terlepas peluang itu & pergi melalui Trip.com kerana ia adalah pilihan ke-2 termurah. Kali ke-2 kami pergi dalam minggu yang sama, hotel itu mungkin lebih murah £20 berbanding tempat lain kerana ia adalah tempahan malam Sabtu jadi harganya lebih kurang £95. Saya lebih suka membelanjakan sedikit wang tambahan untuk mendapatkan Premier Inn atau sesuatu. Bilik double itu kecil sehingga anda perlu merangkak ke atas katil untuk pergi ke sisi lain kerana tidak ada ruang yang cukup untuk berjalan di bahagian bawah katil. Bilik mandi pada asasnya adalah bilik basah sebesar tandas kapal terbang. Kebersihannya tidak begitu baik pada kedua-dua kali kami pergi. Kotoran di dinding bilik tidur, kotoran di bilik air yang belum dibersihkan entah berapa lama. Kotoran di lantai semasa perjalanan ke bilik juga tidak kelihatan. Kakitangan di hotel adalah baik, kami tidak diganggu oleh orang lain yang turut menginap di sana, jadi jika anda benar-benar mencari tempat untuk bermalam & tidak merancang untuk berlama-lama di bilik hotel anda - maka lakukannya . Jika anda sukakan lebih banyak ruang daripada 3 langkah anda masuk ke dalam bilik untuk ke katil & bilik mandi yang boleh anda jalani - kemudian teruskan ke tempat ini. Sarung klasik yang lebih murah tidak selalunya lebih baik.

Wonderful clean and cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent value for the money. This hotel is ideally suited for easily getting to Glasgow, Edinburgh Aberdeen and Noth of Scotland tours. An abundance of information brochures on hand for those who wish to take advantage of the historical sites around and afar in the country. The afternoon tea in delicious and a wonder way to spend an hour or so relaxing in the middle of the day.

Excellent service from walking through the door Mark on reception was pleasant efficient and very helpful at check inn ,my room as ready a little early and was still allowed to check inn , room was good with no issues nice and clean bed very comfortable, all the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, food and service i cannot fault , for me the location is ideal being close to the M74 , a good overall hotel staff location and rice rolled into one , i will be staying here again well done guys . We stayed overnight on the way home. Twin room, as the 2 beds are a decent size. The spa has a large pool & 2 saunas & 2 stream rooms plus 2 jacuzzi’s- it was vert busy but open until 9:30pm. I ate in the area near the tv to watch Wimbledon. I had the cheese board & a french martini. I also took a Starbucks hot chocolate to my room. Peppermint tea was a nice addition to the in room drinks. I had an issue when i got back to my room, the connecting door was open, so i called reception & a lovely lady from housekeeping came up to see me & secured the door, but later on that evening, someone in the adjoining room did try to open the door, which seemed strange, as we had been told it was empty, i was asleep but it woke my daughter & she was worried.
