Sunchaser Vacation Villas

We stayed 3 nights at Sunchaser Vacation Villas but were ready to leave after the first night.. with no other place to go we just endured; the walls were paper thin and one could hear anyone talking in the unit next door and people walking in the unit above; floors were dirty; there was hair left over in the trash bin in the bathroom - they "emptied" the trash but did not replace the garbage bag and the hair was just clinging to the garbage bag - really gross - worst sleeper sofa - one could feel every little spring through the incredibly thin mattress - blankets were so worn out that there was no softness left in them ; pots & pans in the little kitchen were beyond use - too scratched and burnt; and not sure when the floors and carpet were last cleaned properly - after taking a shower we walked barefoot and our feet were dirty within a short amount of time - the only highlight was the location and the nice young man (I think his name was William) that checked us in

Good overall place to stay. Bed was great and the room was clean. Very responsive maintenance people to our room. Had issues with the refrigerator cooling, the DVD playing sound and the BBQ heating up adequately. Shower was great but it was in a tub. Nearby washer and dryer unit was very appreciated. The location of our room was in a separate building (building 8000-about a kilometer away) where you have to drive on the highway to get to it. Not accessible without vehicle but you will pay amenities fees anyway. We ended up in a room that our bedroom faced the parking lot and the view from our living room was the main floor elevator that squeaked going up and down. Avoid unit 8104 A as this is the one we were in. Overall I would stay again but would request a different unit.

The living room and bed room face to golf course, the laundry and dryer are very clean and easy to use.

Second stay here and we'd come back again. A great area for families. The manager at check-in was awesome and there are plenty of things to do both on the resort and in the surrounding area. Try to get the larger 1-bedroom floorplan if you can!

Stayed in full one bedroom. Great bbq facilities. Lovely pool area. Great location. Clean and modern. Convenient location. Great golf.

Perfect get away ! Very beautiful and peaceful! Quiet stunning nature while equipped with everything you need for entertainment

The staff was very friendly. They helped me to plan the places which I wanted to go. Suggested me nice places to eat nearby. I really enjoyed the stay,

Second visit to resort and again very pleased with all aspects, staff,cleanliness,facility etc. Would recommend facility to anyone.

The resort has wonderful views of the mountains and golf course. It had enough room to spread out. The downside is that it is about 4 1/2 hours of driving plus numerous stops to enjoy the national parks. It is also not within walking distance of anything other than the club house at the golf course. The rooms were very bright and they didn't get dark even with the shades closed. The bathtub is very large, but also hard to step in and out of unless you are pretty mobile.
