酒店風景很好，可以看大海，房間比較大，內部設施比較簡陋，沒有拖鞋以及電熱水壺，酒店做菜很鹹，食材倒是新鮮，島上用信用卡不方便，我們當時從巴黎過去，衹帶了歐元，就很不方便，島上打車和付導遊費都衹能現金，一般不接受歐元，接受智利比索或者美元

This trip has been in the making for 3 years, I originally had a different place booked but COVID hit and we all know the rest. I was able to finally go back and found this gem, the owner Tiare is a doll and made our stay there the best, she was waiting for us at the airport and gave us a quick tour of the island, and even took us to get our tickets for the park entrance prior to checking us in to the hotel. They have a car rental agency at the hotel which made everything so seamless. We had booked a guide with her and last minute he canceled, guess who came to the rescue? Tiare of course…. And it worked out even better as the guide she got us I feel like it was meant to be. I can’t say enough about how great this place was, from the small details in the room to the restaurant recommendations. Everything was top notch.

The rooms are well appointed with an eye to detail. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden with all the amenities you would need such as a cute pool and a reasonably priced spa. It is located out of town and takes approximately 35 mins to walk if you can't find a taxi. Located just by the airport and the hotel included transfers in our rate. A nice welcome garland set the tone for the whole stay. From the moment we were picked up nothing to was too much trouble. Any queries were answered promptly and in a very professional manner. I usually use viator or ******* to book tours but the hotel arranged two days worth of tours and the quality, value and professionalism really impressed us. All the staff speak very good English, as our Spanish is not fantastic, we never worried about making ourselves understood. Everyone made our stay fun and thoroughly enjoyable. Pohane, Juan and the young receptionist, who's name escapes me, were so enthusiastic and funny and deserve special mention. You might get closer to town and you might get cheaper but I guarantee you will not find customer service to beat this place. Highly recommended. Mark and David.

I had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were a comfortable size. Wifi worked very well. It is within walking distance to the main street and restaurants. Santander Bank is within walking distance too. Even though it rained every day I still had a great time and got to see all the beautiful things the island has to offer. The food at the restaurant was good too and the breakfast had variety. Overall, a small scale hotel but it had everything I needed. Thanks!

Excelente servicio y atención de la señora Rosa, quien nos recibió, acogió y nos orientó en todas las consultas, por ser la primera vez que íbamos. Ella respondió nuestras dudas, nos guió para realizar los tour, incluso gestionó todo para que fuera sencillo para nosotros. Muy amable, comprensiva y atenta, nos hizo sentir cómodos y seguros. Se agradece enormemente su calidad humana, ya que muchas veces se encuentra gente parca y seca para responder y ella es todo lo contrario. El lugar es lindo, muy limpio y cómodo. Tienen zona de reciclaje lo que destacó enormemente. Estuvimos en la cabaña 3 equipada perfecta para un matrimonio. La cocina totalmente equipada y cómoda. Recomendamos el lugar en un 100% Si fuéramos otra vez, no dudaríamos en ir a cabañas Anakena.

The Inaki Uhi was a wonderful place to stay for our 2 nights in Rapa Nui. The hotel picks up and returns guests to the airport and welcomes you with fresh leis! This is a family run hotel and the hosts are Ivonne snd Alejandre. Our room was spacious and modern with a small sitting area as well as sleeping area. There is a courtyard area outside the rooms with areas to sit and relax. The flowers there—and everywhere in Rapa Nui—are lush snd beautiful. Breakfast included fruit, juices, yogurt, coffee, and a variety of breads (fresh! There’s a bakery next door). Eggs can be prepared on request. As we were preparing to check out, we waited with our luggage and 3 coats in the lobby for our ride back to the airport-which is about 5 minutes away. We arrived in plenty of time—after checking in, we realized we had left the 3 coats at the hotel. In a panic, i couldn’t find the phone number for Inaki Uhi. We decided that my husband would stay at the airport and I would take a taxi to the hotel. I found a taxi and got in, but the driver didn’t take credit cards so I jumped out to find another taxi. The first taxi drove away. I suddenly realized that I had dropped my phone in the taxi! Using “find my phone” we knew where the phone was but had no way to get to get to it. By now, my husband had found the hotel phone number—only 45 minutes to last tome to board! Alejandro saved the day! We brought the coats and helped my husband find the phone! It was a miracle and we made our flight!we could not have done it without Alejandro’s help!!! Mission accomplished! Thank you!!
