Hotel 3 Bintang di Eastleigh

So I went there on Thursday 18th- Sunday 21st January. Myself and my husband got there and was greeted very politely by a lovely lady at the reception. We got to the room and was happy with everything. The only downside to the hotel is they don’t have dining services but there is a spoons next door. The staff are delightful and especially to the lady on Thursday (I can’t remember her name) and the 2 receptionists working on Thursday night :)

Arrived early and was greeted by a lovely lady called Justine. She was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She advised us immediately that the lift was out of order and gave us a ground floor room which was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything in the room and also managed to book us a table for dinner at our requested time. Craig was also helpful opening doors and helping us in the room with our cases. We cannot fault this hotel have stayed here numerous amount of times and will definitely be back again. Well done to Justine and her team you are all fab!

This is our second visit to the Holiday Inn Eastleigh and we can't praise the staff highly enough. Everyone at every encounter is polite, friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. They absolutely make the trip. The hotel itself is perhaps a little tired in places but does not detract from the pleasant stay. Breakfast is excellent and our room was spotless. Its an excellent base for Poultons Park and offered everything we needed for our short stay. Thanks to all the fabulous staff and we will return for the high standard of customer service alone.
