The property did not meet expectations of the photos online but we were greeted with a smile and all staff were super friendly. As a non smoker, it was off putting when I entered the Office reaking of cigarette smoke

Very close to most pubs and restaurants also main shopping area, room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable and spa didnt work other than that cant complain also staff are very nice and helpful

Kevin who runs this Hotel was very helpful and happy. We requested that the room be cleaned prior to our check in with no-fragrance products and this was done. The room was a good size.
The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance from the centre of Echuca. Parking onsite was good, but a little bit tight.
Thank you to Kevin and his staff for a very pleasant stay.

Friendly host and a comfortable bed. However the shower needed a good clean and there were sticky spills on the bench and bedside table.

The room was not clean …. The spa bath was not as clean, the curtain of the spa bath had white stuff on it… the rubbish bin in the toilet had rubbish from previous people stayed in the room…..

Service on arrival was very good even though reception was closing earlier than normal. Room appeared clean, but soon became obvious it wasn't - large stains on the carpet, cobwebs in the corners. Bathroom was especially bad with previously installed old grout still over the floor surfaces, fresh paint had been applied over rough walls some time ago, dirt in all the corners and a shower curtain covered with algae. As reception was unattended there was no one to complain to so we were stuck as we had paid prior to arrival and it was non-refundable. I would not reccomend to anyone as there are so many choices in Echuca - don't be fooled by the photos on Wotif as I was!

The staff were very friendly and it was a good place to stay but it could do with a few little things to make it better. There were no fly screens on the windows and creatures could crawl in but you had to open the windows to stop the room getting stuffy, also the curtains need the occasional cleaning, apart from that it was quite pleasant and I would stay again
