Location is good just a bus a way from Jonny walker / princess st. Only 8 stops. All staffs are friendly and very helpful. Thank you to all team Receptionist Andre and Reception Supervisor Allan. Breakfast is good, room was very spacious, Highly recommended. Definitely will stay here again

Overall the stay was good but there were some issues like no heating in the room(had to bring heaters) and no telephone was available(had to go to the reception to get anything).

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a lovely view. The amenities, including the breakfast buffet, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Further from city centre than anticipated - about 20 min bus ride to Princes Street. Had all usual amenities except conditioner in the bathroom and tv didn't always have signal. Good for price point and would book again.

The accommodation was affordable and one direct bus ride away from the city centre and major attractions. Rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast spread was great too.

Great. And breakfast is very delicious. Um The attitude of Service staff is very nice.

Upon check-in on December 5, 2023, we encountered a significant issue with the room temperature. Despite seeking assistance from the receptionist, who provided us with two portable heaters, the room remained uncomfortably cold. We also requested a room transfer due to the central heating in our assigned room not functioning properly. To make matters worse, on the second day of our stay, we encountered a similar situation. I observed that the windows were not double glazed, which might be contributing to the freezing temperatures inside the room. The external temperature during our stay ranged between -2 to 0 degrees Celsius.

Can a bit more better on room cleaning because feel itchy after sleep on bed maybe the duvet and cover set not really clean enough

The location was awesome, just near the bus stop. Food was okay. And room was organized and clean.

Good breakfast but our room had very bad odour, generally this hotel seemed clean enough but for some reason our room or carpet had bad odour.

I'll start woth the positives, the check in staff accommodated my request for a room on the top floor with a view overlooking the city which didn't disappoint. The bed was very comfortable. Ample parking at the hotel, however you need to pay for this at £5 per 24hrs. Ideal location, we walked into the city centre which took around 30 minutes. The negatives- The rooms wasn't as clean as I would expect for a hotel. The windows were covered in mucky finger prints which automatically made me look at other areas of the room. The bathroom looked very worn and could do with a few touch ups. Carpets were dirty, dust hair and other bits under the bed. Bedside tables were sticky and the TV remove would be my number 1 suspect in the next pandemic outbreak. The iron board in the room was broken and extremely small. Breakfast is included in the price, however its low quality products, the scrambled egg tastes like powdered egg, sausages are tastless and more often than not, over cooked as was the bacon. The staff were all very friendly and polite. With a little maintenance to bring the rooms back up to the usual Holiday Inn standard and if house keeping paid a little more attention to detail, the rooms would feel alot more comfortable.

The normal level of Holiday Inn facilities, good cleanliness. The traffic may not be very convenient because this hotel is not allocated in the city centre. There was no one at the front desk when I checked in. I registered my IHG membership number, but a month passed, I still haven‘t received my SNP.

it‘s a nice experience to live here! Clear and tidy room, and comfortable beds.
