Everything is fine and it is very close to major landmarks. Suitable for families.

Very clean room. The facilities provided were all extremely satisfactory. The staff went above and beyond to allow us to check in despite arriving extremely early. It is located far away enough from the city centre to be quiet, but close enough that all attractions were accessible within a 20 minute walk.

Enjoyed a great stay at this accommodation for a reasonable price. The rooms were very spacious and came with all the amenities expected for a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and catered to all our needs. The location was a bit outside the city center but was fine, just had to walk 15 minutes to the center. Overall I would definitely recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre so we were able to walk to most places which allowed us to save on taxi and bus rides. There are also supermarkets nearby and the kitchen was well-equipped which is great for a parent who has a toddler who is a fussy easter. I gave cleanliness a -1 because the rug was dusty and wasn't properly vaccummed, and another -1 for amenities because there were some parts of the apartment that were not well maintained e.g. the partition door was hard to close and we could not close it properly + a substantial part of the kitchen counter was chipped off.

Great location Our apartment was not as clean and looked a bit old/worn out. Also there was an issue with hot water, for whatever reason, there was not enough hot water for 2 to shower. The water would run out until morning… The service otherwise is great

We enjoyed our stay fully at this apartment hotel! They’ve got most of necessary kitchen stuffs so it was very convenient to cook at home. One of the big thing was they have a washing machine which was fantastic as we stayed here for several days so we definitely needed it. When we arrived a receptionist made a mistake to give us a wrong room without any bathtub although we made a request at the time of reservation. However when we informed the receptionist she willing changed the room for us which was very kind. We therefore enjoyed everyday bath as we needed to take so it was quite helpful. For cleanness it was over all clean but the floor was a hit dirty…and one of the drawers of one bed room had grains in it so it wa a bit weird… But other than that we had a wonderful stay and when we come back to Edinburgh we will defuse the same hotel again! At the time of check-out the receptionist kindly helped us to stay 1h longer which was very helpful, he was very kind and friendly. Location was great very close to bus stops and tram as well as train station of Haymarket. We didn’t need to go to Edinburgh main station! Wish there was a small convenient store nearby just to get something simple for drinks/food. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Good location, near train station. Everything are good in my room , only the cooking stove is not working.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and very spacious. It's a little away from all the amenities, but we had a car, so it was a problem.
