Hotel di , Edinburgh

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. Convenient and clean. Super close to Calton Hill which was nice! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend!

Good room but just a little hard about the parking space that we need to park at NCP which is not that far but would be better if has somewhere closer.

We had a good time to staying the hotel, service is good, great location, facilities are good, the room is clean. We had breakfast, food is good .

Perfect location in New Town, close to the best shopping, and only a short stroll to Old Town. Great (though a little noisy) during the Fringe.

It is situated in a prime location. Everything is easily accessible. The room is cleaned. However, the entrance of the hotel is a bit obscure. It is quite annoying especially when it is raining and you have a few pieces of luggage to carry. Not full set of amenities is provided. Other than that, I think it is a good choice for sightseeing around Edinburgh.

前台check in，由於早上到的，本來以為還不能check in，沒想到給了房間，還挺好的。不過後麪發生的事情有點影響好評，給的房卡打不開，重新回到前台設定，弄好了回房間，門是打開了，結果不是我訂的房型。訂了大床和沙發床的房間，給了我一間衹有大床房。於是又回到前台…前台説是攜程和他們酒店系統不一樣，所以他們無法確定我訂了有沙發床的房間。再給他們看確認信，説幫我找經理。讓我們現在的房間先用着。於是我們出去玩，準備晚點再回來。到了晚上，還是沒有房間，經理又要我重新出示確認信。然後説衞生還在打掃中，預計一個多小時給我房間，會打電話到現在的房間。結果一個多小時，終於給了要的房間。哈哈哈，也是蠻折騰。

設施：位置不錯，離主要旅遊景點都在步行路程內，房間很大，但老酒店內部走廊比較複雜容易走丟，而且需要上樓梯 衞生：很好，很乾凈 環境：很安靜 服務：每天都打掃，而且會送水，汽水和零食，很有誠意，在取寄存行李的時候前台會非常仔細確認

Excellent value for money and the decor throughout was much smarter than I was expecting.  The location was superb, so central, within easy walking distance of many places of interest and a great choice of bars and restaurants.  My room was small but perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean. It was located at the back of the building, so no views but I wasn’t planning to spend much time in it so this didn’t detract from my experience. The room itself was very quiet and the bed very comfortable, ideal!! I will certainly stay here again.

Location- Superb Gym - Excellent Front of House - Very poor. Didn't reflect the W service that we experienced in other countries. No smile, didn't look like she wanted to work there (Christina) , didn't brief us about what came with our reservation, ie breakfast and where to go for it. Asked for late check out at 2pm , which was granted. Thank you, however at 1.40pm , they sent someone at our door to make sure we leave the room ! Horrible and embarrassing. The deposit that they took during check in from our CC hasn't been refunded yet! Good beakfast which was from ala carte and it was the only good service we had here... thank you Ryan for the tips on Dean Village, We went there and it was beautiful. Overall -:For the money that we spent, this stay was a let down. I will not stay here again.

I stayed second time in Yotel Edinburgh during my trip in Scotland since I wanted to be Edinburg the first and last night when I returned to London. Yotel is a nice hotel with location right in the downtown and good for me since I took bus in and out Edinburgh airport, but not perfect location if travelers take train.
