Hotel berhampiran Leith Links, Edinburgh

The hotel went above and beyond to take care of us. I was very impressed with the service. I loved the location. It was close enough to everything without being in the thick of it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

I had specifically requested a high-floor room during my booking at Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh, but unfortunately, I was assigned a room on the ground floor. This was quite disappointing as I was hoping for a better view, but the window offered no significant scenery. The room itself was decent and met basic expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The location is great, situated next to a shopping mall and very close to Princes Street, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. However, the experience was slightly marred by not receiving the room I had requested.

一、酒店地段：毗鄰荷裏路德宮門口和卡爾頓山，出門直行幾百米就是皇家英裏，步行一公裏左右到維瓦利車站，基本上愛丁堡絕大部分的景點和購物都靠步行解決了，雖然小累，但可以很接地氣體驗當地風景人情， 酒店環境：小而美，周邊環境非常安靜，酒店後門有個精緻的花園，一樓就是一個很溫馨的接待室，大部分情況下沒有工作人員在，住客直接推門進去，想躺沙發休息，喝咖啡、上洗手間、洗衣服烘衣服，在這裏都可以自助完成，隨意，不用拘束 房間設施：辦理入住后酒店會發個密碼給我，這個密碼是打開一樓接待室和房間通用的，出入就不用帶房卡了很方便；我們的房間在三樓，扛行李上去有點不方便，多虧酒店管理員幫忙扛上去了；房間是新裝修的，一切都很乾凈整潔，可調節室溫；入門有一個小廚房，基本滿足自己做飯的需求，多虧這個廚房，解決了吃飯的難題（愛丁堡吃的選擇真的太少了）；我們這次是一家四口入住，除了房間的1.8米大床之外，客廳的沙發拉開后是一張雙人床，蠻舒服的；洗手間空間很大。窗外景緻很美，安靜愜意。 服務：酒店的管理人員Peter很親切，也很有耐心跟我們介紹酒店周邊的情況 幾個小貼士： 1、酒店距離四百米左右有個小小的華人超市（好像叫美麒麟）和一家Tasco，太贊了啊，解決了不少吃飯的問題 2、愛丁堡早晚很冷，記得帶厚衣服。 3、如果需要從愛丁堡前往倫敦（或者說需要在英國串游各個城市的話），建議提前（攜程上是提前兩天，我在淘寶是提前一天買）買火車通票，比每一程單買便宜很多啊，我們這次一家四口從愛丁堡到倫敦，在倫敦的時候去了劍橋和牛津，買了三天的通票，一共才花了不到四千塊錢（從愛丁堡單程到倫敦四個人都要三千塊了），而且通票是任何運營公司的火車任何班次都能坐，很方便。

The hotel decor, cleanliness, and ambience were all excellent. My only complaint was the bed ,it was the worst we have ever slept on. My husband and I spent the night holding on to the edge as it sunk so baddly in the middle. Our first night was in rm 105, we complained to reception and were moved to 203. However the bed was only marginally better. The headboard is also too far away from the bed,causing the pillows to fall down the back of the bed. I feel it is such a shame as everything else was so good. I would also like to compliment all of your staff, they were so well mannered, pleasant and professional. Please sort out your beds,it is so important and is the only thing letting your beautifull hotel down.

It is situated in a prime location. Everything is easily accessible. The room is cleaned. However, the entrance of the hotel is a bit obscure. It is quite annoying especially when it is raining and you have a few pieces of luggage to carry. Not full set of amenities is provided. Other than that, I think it is a good choice for sightseeing around Edinburgh.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. Convenient and clean. Super close to Calton Hill which was nice! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend!

stay at was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable.

We are so satisfied with Aparthotel! It is very clean and has everything we need. Especially when you want to stay in the same place for a few days and don't know where to eat, this hotel is equipped with basic cooking ware, rubbish and recycling bins and a dishwasher! Is is also located in between the train station and city centre. When you feel tired you can always go back for a rest before heading out for dinner.

Lovely hotel and great location. Clean, spacious & modern room with character. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Will certainly stay again.

Awful hotel that is definitely not 4* and the service is not at Hilton level at all…. The hotel goes under the renovation and there were only 2 lifts with queues and they are also used by the staff too We had a room for 3 people and had all set up for two people only, the room was dirty with hair in the shower and the ceiling. When I took the shower the pipe was blocked and the water started to leak to the bathroom… yes they sorted the problem quite quickly but still was not great experience There were no slippers and bathrobes. I asked for x3 slippers and they brought only one pair. I asked again and they brought only one pair again. On the third time they brought two pairs…. When I asked for 3!!! And still no bathrobes. We asked for additional blanket and it was in a random location after the room was cleaned. The room was cleaned badly on the next day we stayed. My pajamas was thrown elsewhere and I found it on the table, the towels we put on the floor to be replaced were fold dirty on the shelves… the blanket was in a random location and the cleaner did not pay any attention at all left the room dirty. Very disrespectful I felt that I had to beg for the things we are supposed to get in this kind of hotels. Shocking!!! Yes they compensated with a complimentary breakfast which was good but still the service was bad. They sent the cleaner and by the time she came we were already sleeping.
