Hotel berhampiran Bountiful Farmers＇ Market, Edmonton

I wanted to commend the staff at the Aurora Lounge for their amazing service and hospitality. Jenny and Holly were very welcoming and provided the best service that Marriott properties are know for. Holly is a great addition to the team and provides great service with an amazing attitude. I really enjoyed the welcome back provided by the staff after a long travel day. The staff work well as a team to provide a great dining experience at the Aurora Lounge and I look forward to my return. I always look forward to my stay at The Delta Edmonton South property while in Edmonton. And the staff are a big part of that experience. It is great to be back travelling for work and reconnecting with your property and staff.

This hotel is exceptional! My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and were very happy with our experience. The check in experience was fast and efficient, front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, updated and comfortable. Everything was clean, from the bathroom to the bedding. The room was cleaned every day without us having to request cleaning services. The king size bed was super comfortable, my husband said best sleep he had in a long time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning!

Convenient locations to get around. Good for business staying. Hotel made an error to charged my credit card for the rooms that I already paid Trip.com. After checked, the front desk said it has been fixed without room double charges. I will check later when bank statement received.

Hotel yang hebat, lokasi yang hebat, kakitangan yang sangat mesra! Kami tinggal di sini setahun yang lalu dan sangat menyukainya sehingga kami kembali pada kali berikutnya kami datang ke Edmonton. Kami menyukai segala-galanya, moden, suite disediakan dengan sangat baik. Kami mengambil kesempatan daripada dapur! Bilik air bersih dan cantik. I frequently stay at this hotel which is my favourite in Edmonton. Over more than a decade and hundreds of nights, the this hotel consistently overperforms all the others. regardless of the season or arriving after midnight, there is always a warm welcome by the many staff that I know. Great things start at the top and the manager is available and always helpful should the need arise. Although I could mention the names of most of the staff who provide such great service, I mention Manpreet as the person at the front desk that I have known for years, who is outstanding and dedicated to her work. On occasions when I have needed something extra, she is more than willing to help and does so in a highly efficient manner. The rooms as well appointed and comfortable with bar fridge to keep your take away food and a coffee maker and microwave. I request the top (8) floor and staff do their very best to place me in the same room during my stays. The rooms are immaculately keep by staff who put their heart into their work, beds very comfortable with good reading lights and desk and climate control is also top standard and well supported by staff. Coming in at odd hours from the airport is very convenient being just a 15 min drive. There is heated underground parking for winter which is a must in the winter. Honestly you simply can't go wrong staying here. As a world traveller experiencing a multitude of hotel properties, The Four Points, Gateway is a notch above the rest and is like staying in a hotel at 3 times the price.

Great hotel at a cheap price! Rooms were cozy and clean, restaurant was amazing, and the workers very respectful. Would definitely book here again!

Service was good. I wasn’t able to go to the gym. The cafe was closed. I haven’t tried the food. The drinks are good.
