This Inn is located very near West Edmonton Mall, with 5 mins drive. This is a no-frill inn, with all you need. However, keep in mind it is really easy to hear somone talking in the corridor, so please the voice down to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay.

I spent one night after staying in a hotel I didn’t like but this hotel was great. You will be close to the big mall and easy to get around with Uber

I called asking for an early check in & was told that I could technically check in anytime, shortly after a brief hold .. I was told I had to pay $60 for an early check in mean while I am coming from out of town., no complementary breakfast..
plugged bathroom sink, can’t plug in any personal game system into the tv’s , the staff was rude and basically told me my credit card wasn’t good enough, when I used it several times for previous hotels … after proving my credit card WAS NOT A RELOADABLE .. I was put beside a child whom cried all hours of the night. wasn’t impressed for my first stay ..

Bathroom sink did NOT drain. NO amenities such as shower cap, mouthwash. The toilet after flushing and fills up it drips for a while. I liked it had a fridge but it was NOT cold. Not enough PARKING

Excellent staff at front desk, polite, friendly, and helpful with directions to city attractions. Room is clean, comfortable and affordably priced. Will happily stay here again.

The hotel itself was okay. What you would expect for a cheaper hotel. Room was not cleaned to our standards as we clean hotel rooms for a living. Black Counter tops dirty if you look at an angle. Shower curtain smelled and looked dirty. Got a noise complaint at 4pm and cant say we were thrilled at that. Front desk ladies seemed friendly and mentioned to manager about the ridiculously early noise complaint and he said he would look into it. In the end we paid money to have our music loud ( for 5 mins while i showered) gave us a late checkout at 12 with no issues so that was nice. Overall it was okay. Wouldnt go out of my way to stay here but would consider staying again

My stay was just a weekend getaway, getting there was tricky with the location and road /traffic.. Checkin was great , but the fact they don’t have an elevator is a little annoying… heavy suitcase and health issues … room was clean , beds are hard but fine… I would stay again , price was great
