İyi yönleriyle başlarsak rezervasyondan başlayarak termal ve restoran bölümlerinde gerçekten özverili insanlar çalışıyor ve ricalarınızı ikiletmeden gerçekleştiriyorlar. Termal/Spa bölümünde hijyen konusunda bir eksikliğe rastlamadık, masaj konusunda Mehmet beyin işinin ehli olduğunu rahatlıkla söyleyebiliriz. Spa rezervasyon birimi Deniz Hanım, masör Mehmet bey ve diğer çalışan arkadaşların nezaketi ve talepleri karşılamadaki çabaları teşekkürü hak ediyor. Otelin bahçesi ve genel imkanları çocuklu aileler için denemeye değer bir fırsat sunuyor. Odamızın manzarası birçok negatif deneyimi görmezden gelmemize yardımcı oldu; o sebeple cornersuiti kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Olumsuz deneyimlere gelecek olursak; odalar ve otel rahatsız edecek derecede soğuk gittiğimiz dönem itibarıyla otel tam dolulukla çalışmadığı için kaloriferler çalışmıyor(tahminim bu yönde) odayı klima ile ısıtmaya çalışıyorsunuz bu sebeple. Bizim odamız 24 saat kesintisiz klima çalışması sonunda ısınabildi ama yemek bölümü ve koridorları ısıtan hiçbir sistem bulunmuyordu. Akşam yemeklerinde menü çok geniş olmasa da lezzet konusunda eksiği bulunmuyordu porsiyonlar küçüktü ancak rica edildiğinde talep edilen yemekler ikram ediliyordu. Kahvaltı ise tam bir hayal kırıklığı otelde konaklayan sayısı belli bir sayının altında kaldığında açık büfe yerine ‘serpme kahvaltı’ sunuluyor ancak ürün çeşitliliği ramada ismini taşıyan bi otele yakışmıyor ancak daha üzücü olanı 2. Gün kahvaltısında ilk gün kahvaltısından kalan kimi şeylerin tekrar sunulması ne yazık ki tam bir rezaletti kahvaltı kısmındaki faciayı örnekleyerek noktalayayım; bir gün önce filtre kahve makinesinde yapılan kahveler(makinede demlenmesine rağmen artmıştı) 2. Gün kahvaltısında yurt tipi büyük çaycının içinde içilmek üzere sunuldu. Her şeye rağmen resepsiyon İpek Hanım, Spa Deniz Hanım ve Mehmet bey olmak üzere özverili çalışanlara teşekkürü borç bilirim. İşletmecilere ise belirli yoğunluğun altında misafir ağrılasalar dahi kaliteden ödün vermemelerini tavsiye ederim. If you are looking for a hotel that clean, good location and hospitable, you can chose here. Winter season hotel is cold. Hotel has few problems about meal but this problem is solveable. Have a nice trip.

PPengguna TetamuБыли проездом всего на пару дней в сентябре - остались очень довольны! Номер хоть и небольшой, но комфортный: удобная кровать, холодильник, зеркало, телевизор, балкон, кондиционер. Очень вкусные завтраки! Из минусов: маленькая ванна, там душевая кабинка, унитаз, фен, есть мыло и гель для душа, набор полотенец. Нет шкафа, все вещи нужно хранить либо в сумках, либо на маленькой полке для вещей. Без кондиционера будет очень душно спать. Есть чай, чайник, кофе, сахар. В холодильнике есть вода. Хороший Wi-Fi. Близко до моря. Прекрасный отель за свои деньги! Остались довольны!

PPengguna TetamuОстанавливались в этом месте на три ночи, номер просторный с современным ремонтом, обставлен новой мебелью, нам не хватило только двух прикроватных тумбочек. Завтраки стандартные и однообразные. Приятные и приветливые сотрудники. Отличное расположение, всё есть и продуктовые магазины, с одеждой и сувенирами, дискотеки, кафе с живой музыкой. На пляже есть зонтики, душ, кабинки для переодевания и пирс для захода в море.
