Vik Pensjonat

We stayed 1 night in July 2024 and had an apartment room that faced the street (1 bedroom had a small balcony. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and small kitchen and bathroom. Cons: -very warm and no fans to cool off -the birds (seagulls) were very noisy - they stopped about midnight and started up about 4 am :( -The shower drain drained very slow, and the lighting in the bathroom was very dim -Only 1 key for the room Pros: -the restaurant has great food and great bakery -the town of Eidfjord is nice and we walked around and saw a public beach with public sauna Also, the breakfast (not on site, but up the hill at the Eidfjord Hotel) was just okay. I think they may have been having supply problems, but there was no natural yogurt (only sweetened yogurt). No oat milk for coffee either. The eggs had bacon mixed in them (not good for vegetarians) I would consider staying at one of the other locations (if I were to go to Eidfjord again) because of the noise and heat in the bedroom.

Cozy place with epic nature views. The place is located right in the center of Eidfjord. Very friendly staff and tasty food! Very clean bathrooms and eating areas. The best place for good coffee and pastries 🍰 I highly recommend this place solo or with family and friends =)

We stayed for one night, and we had a bedroom with a balcony and a private bathroom. The room - and especially the bathroom - was not very big, but everything was clean and nice and in order. The staff was very kind and welcoming and dinner was great. On departure, we bought some rolls, cinnamon buns and a couple of pieces of Basque cheescake for takeaway - and all the bakery was excellent and tasty.

Charmante pension ,calme. Nous avons logé dans l’appartement 5 et 6 , très bien aménagé (cuisine ) pour une famille avec un joli balcon. Le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux sous forme de buffet est à 2-3 minutes à pied dans un autre hôtel avec une très belle vue. Parfait pour une étape

Uns hat das kleine Cafe sehr gut gefallen. Ausgezeichnetes Brot und Kuchen. Die tradionelle Zimtschnecke ist ein Traum. Im Garten ist es sehr angenehm zu sitzen. Die Preise sind angemessen. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht deutsch.

Nous avons séjourné dans une petite maison très bien équipée (2 chambres, salle d'eau, cuisine ouverte avec salle à manger/salon) avec terrasse (table et chaises extérieurs) vu sur le lac. Lieu extraordinaire et très calme. Supérette à proximité Parking gratuit

Nous avons passé une nuit au vik Nous avions la chambre avec le minuscule balcon sur la rue que l’on voit sur le côté de l’hôtel. Un peu vieillot et vetuste , mais un accueil plutôt sympa et des hôtes agréables Meme si nous avons eu parfois du mal a les trouver.
