Thanks to Ahmed for such recommendation, and provided care. We fail in love with such customer service care by all team members specially guest relation manager Wissal! She went beyond the expectations and exceeded it specially when we shared our food feed back. The fact that people care about your feed back and go the extra mile to fix its something we dont see often in tunisia. Keep it up and soon you will be number one in town !

The best customer service , the product quality is very high . the staff were polite , kind and very high skilled . rooms were so clean . i strongly recommend this hotel for your rest . the environment was so clean and beautiful . we were had very very good experience staying there .

Modern and recent hotel with few things to improve: 1- i was welcomed as a titanium elite member however not a single upgrade despites a lot of availability, no amenities given in the room either. 2-lounge available but with limited choice and food until 7.30pm only. 3- bathroom had no items (tooth brush, razor, ...), 4-gym AC did not work. Positive side: 1- very good breakfast selection, 2- friendly staff, 3- modern hotel with many nice coffee places around, 4-nice food in the 11th floor restaurant with good vibes

An excellent hotel with very nice room. The hotel was exceptionally welcoming and helped us get taxis for the one night layover. Nearby is a small grocery store for water and drinks, and any snacks. The Hotel has a full buffet breakfast (for an added fee) or you can choose to get pastries and fruit int he bar and fill and "bucket" for take-away. We found this take-away to be much cheaper and easier as we wanted to explore before out noon flight. The roof-top pool was still closed which was a bit disappointing, but they said it was because the bar you have to walk through for the pool was not ready. Be aware that that airport taxi drivers all wanted 65 Dinar for the VERY short drive to the hotel. The drive back was only 15 Dinar when the hotel called us a taxi. Exceptional service.

Visited Tunisia for the very first time and needed a familiar place to land. The Marriott hit the mark in every way. Beautiful, spotless rooms, glorious rooftop pool, delicious food and staff that goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Amal in guest relations couldn’t have been sweeter or more helpful. We will absolutely return! ♥️

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were welcoming and helpful, Amal was with us in every detail of our stay and helped us explore the city, room is nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attraction.
