Maremegmeg Beach Club

Their menu is cheaper than other beachside restaurants in EL Nido and for the serving I'd say it's worth it. We enjoyed the sunrise here when there weren't many tourists yet and we had the beach to ourselves. The beach was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Pros Superb view of Maremegmeg beach and excellent accommodation. Rooms are new and very clean. Infinity pool is exclusive for in house guests. It takes 10 minutes via tricycle (standard mode of public transportation in El Nido) to go to town proper, have a stroll, buy souvenirs and have a wider range of restaurants to choose from. Free use of kayak for guests. They provide citronella spray which serves as insect repellant for protection from sand mites called Nik Nik in local dialect. You can book a tour with the hotel. Cons Room is a bit pricey. Food is expensive (to be fair food is expensive everywhere in El Nido) but there are restaurants around the hotel including McDonald's or travel via tricycle to tow proper. Stinging organisms (probably planktons) in the water, suprisingly though they were gone on the last day of our stay so we made the most of it and enjoyed the beach. Overall, me, my wife and 2 kids enjoyed our stay in Maremegmeg Beach Club and would definitely come back in the future

A beautiful gem of a boutique hotel, 12 rooms built into the hillside jungle setting. The pictures online do not do this place justice! It’s just incredible. The service from the hotel team is top notch. The view from the room is breathtaking. We had a double sea view room, top floor with an amazing view and plenty of space for our family of 4. We had a short 3 night stay, we will come back!

Wonderfull room beach and bar view. They provide you the perfect private island tour assistance, daily. Lovely place , unforgetable sunsets and music. We fell in love with Maremegemeg hotel. It doubles the joy of being in El Nido, makes you feel comfortable and after all these great and exhaustimg activities it is good to return back to a clean and cool place.

This property was the highlight of our trip to the Philippines, by far the best! The arrival experience transported us to paradise! The grounds are so well kept, the team is super helpful and the view from our balcony overlooking the bay was just magical. Great service, amazing breakfast, lovely food and cocktails from the beach restaurant too, can't fault it! We were on our honeymoon and found a nice bottle of wine and a beautiful flower arrangement in our room, so thoughtful - thank you! Special mention to the front office team, specifically Angel and Trisha, who did an excellent job at making us feel welcome and making our stay here a memorable one. They also helped us arrange our airport transfers and boat tours, gave us great recommendations and were just always there to help in any way they could. Thank you so much guys, we loved staying at Maremegmeg, we'll be back!

I have been many places as a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member and I can tell you this place is FANTASTIC. I highly recommend to those adventurous travelers looking for new experiences. The service is 5 star for this lux resort on the beach. Bravo and will return!

This white sand beach resort was the ideal location for a tropical island getaway. Less than 2 hours away from the capital of Manila, this paradise resort has all the amenities you can think of. Even complimentary bug spray. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds, garden bathrooms, and spectacular views of the islands and sea. The staff is attentive. The food is great. Try the lobster bisque at the restaurant. The cocktails are delicious. Try the calamansi caipirinha…..refreshing! I was lucky to meet the owners, who went out of their way to make sure my stay was spectacular in every way. This was important to me as a solo traveler. Other guests were friendly and the powdery sand beach only steps away.

Maremegmeg Beach Club is literal paradise! The moment you land in El Nido airport, MBC’s 5-star service begins. You are greeted with a warm, friendly smile by your driver and driven directly to the resort (around 20-30 mins away). Once you arrive into this jungle/beach oasis, you’ll notice how every detail is beautiful and well thought out — from the overall architecture, material selection, tiles, and paintings that hang on the wall. It is both strikingly modern yet natural and you feel a sense of warmth and home, unlike the ambiance you typically get from bigger, corporate resorts. I don’t really know where to start. The gorgeous infinity pool that’s steps away from the beach? The town’s poppin bar with the best food? The sunset views from the balcony of the beachfront room? Everything was excellent. We spent 4 days enjoying the breakfast buffet, swimming in the pool which felt so private (unlike others which often feel so crowded), kayaking in the ocean (free for resort guests), lounging by the shore, and even going island hopping (arranged by concierge). Trust me, if you’re thinking of booking, just DO IT. We came straight to El Nido too from Boracay and it doesn’t even compare. I’m just glad we did Boracay first before going to MBC, otherwise I know it would’ve been a letdown after the 5-star experience we had!

Excellent food accommodations and island hopping activitity.. look for Godfreey. Fantastic experience in your lifetime. The islands is magnificent.. the smiling faces of the service people is excellent. Awesome awesome.great exploration to see the islands . Pristine sea. Worth coming to see the grandeur of the Philippines. The sound of the waves.
