"Last minute booking for a funeral, it was convenient to where we needed to go. The room was definitely not swept up or mopped. I had to use a washcloth to clean a big dirty stain on the floor and there were crumbs of whatever the prior occupants left. It was nice that the pet area was clean. Food was ok, eggs were undercooked but it was nice to have something to eat."

"Environment: high-speed roadside, twin room, a bit noisy. There are restaurants, oil stations, McDonald's nearby.
Facilities: The room is small and crowded. But the wash basin and toilet are separated, which is convenient for two people to use. Refrigerator, microwave oven. Small bottled Dove brand toiletries.
Service: Buffet breakfast, the basic variety of the old beauty.
The room rate was more than 480 on the same day, and the price/performance ratio was OK. Free parking."

"My Husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing, the room was very clean the whole place is very clean. Rick the owner is an excellent man he goes above and beyond to make his guest feel safe and happy. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights that's how safe we felt. The parking lot is well lit up. If we ever go back threw El paso again that will be my place to stay. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful quite and safe place to stay."

"We found it strange that the pool is not inside the hotel, it is outside on the street, although it is fenced.
The breakfast is good, the staff in the food area is not friendly.
The guy who attended the reception (Jacobo I think his name is) was attentive and polite.
It is in an area where if you are going to go shopping, the location is good."

Staff are friendly and attend to queries and requests promptly.
Hotel charge USD 10 per day for parking. Located next to highway so you can expect vehicle passing noise all night but I slept soundly though (I am a light sleeper) . I requested for non-highway facing room. The curtains are thick enough to block out most noise.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
