Hotel terbaik di Elanora

The view from the higher floor was great, But the music from the pool bar is so noisy . They are open from Friday to Sunday, from afternoon till night. Unless you enjoy the music all day, otherwise it is better to avoid the room that is facing the pool.

The hotel is excellent and highly recommended! Luckily we are arranged to stay in a corner room with pano view! The only disruption is the breakfast … which is mixed with the other two hotels and below the expected standard.

ทำเลดีมากอยู่ตรงข้ามหาด ถ้าไปวันที่มีตลาดตลาดก็จะอยู่ตรงข้ามกับโรงแรมเลย ห้องที่ได้อยู่ชั้น 10 เห็นวิวชัดเจนมากๆ 90 องศา ภาพรวมดีกว่าที่คิด ค่อนข้างประทับใจ ห้องกว้าง ของใช้ในห้องค่อนข้างครบครัน มีไดร์ เตารีด ไม้แขวน กาน้ำ ตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ ทีวี ฮีทเตอร์ สบู่ก้อน(2 ก้อน) แชมพู(1 ขวด) ของที่ไม่มีให้ ครีมนวด ผ้าเช็ดหัว น้ำกินและทิชชู่ใช้ในห้อง ไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดหรือเปลี่ยนผ้า(ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม) เราไปพัก 3 วัน วันสุดท้ายสามารถฝากกระเป๋าไว้กับโรงแรมได้ เดินจากแทรมอาจจะไกลนิดนึงแต่แลกกับทำเลหน้าหาดถือว่าโอเค ใกล้ๆมีห้างและร้านอาหาร ตอนไปเราได้มาในราคาที่ค่อนข้างถูกเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมใกล้เคียง แนะนำเลย👍🏻

The staff were really polite & helpful. Great value for money with welcome drinks on arrival. The room (room no 329) was spacious, clean & smelt great with a view over the swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was really good with & good range of food (the pancakes were great!) We had dinner at the restaurant as well & food was fresh & good too. Hotel close very close to Pacific Fair Mall.

Perkhidmatan pelanggan yang mesra dari pintu masuk. Suka kerana mereka menyediakan daftar keluar lewat jam 12 malam jika anda bertanya kepada mereka dengan sopan. Kami juga mempunyai bufet sarapan pagi yang lazat dan bernilai berbanding dengan bufet sarapan pagi lain yang pernah kami kunjungi di hotel lain dengan harga yang sama. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah bilik itu mungkin jauh lebih baru tetapi sejujurnya, ia tidak menjejaskan kami

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very warm welcome and beautiful views. Both my husband and I wish to thank the team and especially Lora from the star for an overall fantastic experience. Nothing was ever to hard for Lora and she always had an answer for everything with a big smile. A bing thank you to Lora for making our stay so memorable and positive experience.

Staff were friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient for our purposes. Delicious breakfast. This is our second stay here and would happily stay again.

I was one of the attendees for FurDU 2023 at the Crowne Plaza Gold Coast (11 - 15 May 2023), and I was very pleasantly surprised about my time at the hotel itself. Once I got to the hotel, I went to reception, took a little while to check in, the staff were very friendly and quite helpful. They explained to me some of the key features of the hotel itself, also the fact that I was one of their club members or something, and that I had free internet throughout my stay - which was a bonus - hardly ever used it though. As I walked back to the lift I checked my room number - which had a bit of significance with myself (give you a clue: the angelic number). To get to your floor, just simply tap the card on the scanner, then press the floor, only took a matter of seconds before I reached mine, and not long before I had finally let myself into my room. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, as I placed my bags down I took a quick tour of the room to see what amenities I had. The bathroom was quite spacious, a rather large shower and plenty of towels etc (which came in handy). As I'd spent a long trip getting up to the hotel I was a bit on the sweaty side, so I got a quick change of clothes, had a quick shower (make sure the door clicks all the way in - otherwise you'll end up flooding the bathroom floor which is what I ALMOST did). (There's so much positive stuff to write about the hotel - so I'll keep it short) The bed itself, quite spacious, the pillows themselves were plenty enough, I found that I got a good night's sleep, and in the morning went down had some breakfast - a great selection to choose from, be it from hot food, to pastries, cereal and even fruit and yoghurt. Relish (the restaurant) takes care of breakfast in the morning, plenty of space to sit, have as much as you want to eat for breakfast and get out again. Dinners were absolutely amazing, same spot, the staff were quite friendly, very quick to take my order (had the chicken parmi one night, the burger the next), and a beer or two to drink. The next night I went to the restaurant - I pretty much got the same spot where I sat last time, the wait staff even remembered what kind of beer I had from the night before ... now THAT'S impressive, also one aspect about service that I really enjoyed. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, so much so I honestly cannot wait to return next year to experience it all over again .. In all honesty there's nothing at all I can fault the hotel for .. a full 5 * review from all aspects of the hotel, the staff, the food and beverage and everything they've got to offer. So, if you're looking for a place to stay, be it for a short trip away, or a longer vacation, depends on what you're doing, be it visiting the theme parks or the local attractions, I would, without hesitation, highly recommend your stay at the Crowne Plaza Surfer's Paradise, try and get a room with a high floor facing the beach as the views

You get what you pay for and these days customer service is cheap. Staff don't know parking rules, no staff communications, payment was full cost that you apparently had to call another number just to get a $4. Discount. This was after informing them that Iam at the discounted price 4 times. Not worth my 2 cents. Or is it $4 now?

Remember to book the Ocean suite, worth the extra penny. However, when it's raining and the wind is strong in the night, the banging of the balcony door will keep you awake all night. Consolation is the Coast Beach Bar and Kitchen on the 1st floor where the food and services are superb
