Hotel dengan WiFi di Elda

We really like AC hotels for comfort and value. Also the staff are usually excellent and very helpful. Our issue here was not with comfort - our room was good. The problem was a lack of staff and service. When we arrived, there was literally one (helpful) memeber of staff on reception. We would have loved a drink at the bar or in the lounge but it was shut and no room service was available. What was worse is that the bar and restaurant was not opening until 20.30. In point of fact, the bar never opened and didn't even look stocked and the place just lacked staff. The food at dinner was fine but again the friendly waiter was just under pressure. Whether it was because it was a Saturday, I don't know, but the service was non exisitent and this is a management issue not the staff that were there. There is no excuse for not being able to get a drink when you arrive at a 4 star hotel!!
