Very Friendly staff, but the food OMG amazing some of the best food I’ve had for a long time. I stay away a lot for work, I had Nachos to start they were light and really tasty with mixed cheese melted on top. Then for a main I had the lasagna which is made in house from scratch the best lasagna I have ever had. The room I’m in is spacious with a sea view of the Moray. If your into this sort of thing the typhoons and Poseidon aircraft from RAF Lossiemouth fly right past with and unhindered view and if your lucky on a clear night you might get to see the aurora Borealis.

We booked for dinner and on arrival were told table11 had been reserved for us. When the lady in charge came to show us to our table she then said she had given our table away. She then turned to another member of staff and said “ it’s ok I’ll just put them through here”. Her attitude to us was appalling. She showed us to an area where most people were drinking. When I said I was unhappy with the table she said there was nothing she could - the restaurant was fully booked - despite us having booked. We walked out and will never go back. It’s sad when one person not doing their job can destroy a restaurant’s reputation.

We had a table if 13 of us and were accommodated very well with views overlooking the golf course and beach. The food choice was really good, with a mix of fish, chicken, meat, vegetarian dishes to suit all tastes. Our American friends really enjoyed the food they tried which ranged from salmon, burgers, chicken strips, fresh haddock, which were all very good and freshly cooked. Recommend to go here. The prices are also very good too.

We ate in the Macintosh Restaurant on 19.06.24 Lovely table and views out to sea. Service was pleasant but slightly amateurish. Two of us had Mussels which were very good - copious amounts of sauce! Now the minus remark - there was no bread provided ( which you needed to mop up the delicious sauce)We asked for some - two slices arrived at a charge of £1.50 thought that a bit naughty!!! We all had ‘Skin on Skinny Fries’ with our main courses - they were the most awful fat sodden chips any of us had ever had- most of them were left! We did mention it to a waitress - who just said - Oh dear. A pity really because the setting was good.

Visited here with friends and we were not disappointed. The food was Excellent, and everybody enjoyed it. The drinks selection was good. Great views onto the Moray Coast. Went back the following day for drinks outside. Great place to meet and catch up. The staff deserve a mention as they were first class.

Lovely location sea views . Lovely clean rooms and excellent service . Would definitely recommend. Food was superb in the restaurant too had two courses and drinks then on the balcony area. Watching the stunning views.

Was really looking forward to Sunday Lunch. Unfortunately a huge disappointment. Whilst the waiting staff were lovely, we waited over an hour for our main meal. The veg was cold, the roast potatoes were lukewarm and hard and both my daughter and myself ended up leaving ours. Has unfortunately put us off returning for food although the place itself is lovely.

First time here for a meal. Great recommendation from good friends. Immediately felt welcome , Friday night service, the management did their staff proud. So pleasing to see so many attentive staff enjoying themselves., More importantly because the staff were happy the guests were happy. That’s just the staff….. wow what can I say about the views?They were what you except along the Moray Coast !! But then you have the view of the Golf course , the Poseidons and the occasionally Cruise Ship if you're lucky. A great cocktail menu . Didn’t get to sample as I was driving , always next time . Thank you Golf View for fab night . See you next month .

What an amazing place. Popped in here a couple of times while visiting Lossiemouth. We only had drinks but the service was great really friendly welcoming ladies. The view is incredible and was lucky enough to soak up the rays while indulging in a few beers. Must visit for an incredible view.
