Destiny the front office clerk was amazing beyond that noting positive comes to mind. The property is run down. The walls were freshly painted but the imperfections were painted over. The shower rod was lopsided which caused the curtain to hang wrong water went everywhere the tub was stained and cracked, the stove was dirty, the carpet was nasty, the room had a musty odor. There were obviously tenants at the motel not guest who hung out up front smoking right outside the front door and you could not avoid the smoke while leaving. The coffee was horrible and we were offed only two different flavors of muffins for our included breakfast. And finally we asked when checking in about the shuttle to the airport and was told we needed to let them know when we needed it and they would call for it . We went to IHOP for a real breakfast and upon returning we asked the front desk clerk there that morning if she could let the shuttle know we would be ready in an hour and were informed when we came up to check out she would call for it. Upon returning to check out she told me the shuttle was in the maintenance shop! We had to scurry to figure out how to get a quick ride to the airport for 4 Adults all with large suitcases and a mobility scooter. The manager was useless at first. He simply said there was nothing he could do. He then realized how upset we all were and I must say outright mad because if they would have informed us that morning when I first requested they schedule it for us the situation would not have been so dire. Fortunately we were able to get an Uber ride that could accommodate us. As we were loading into the van the manager told us he credited our account $30 for the inconvenience. I have stayed at many Extended stays before. I have never had such dissatisfaction with this motel as I/we had at this location. Someone needs to take action at this location to ensure that the quality your brand promises to proved isn’t compromised by lack of service and quality. When we checked in Destiny was super friendly and very professional. She was definitely the highlight of this location. All other staff we average. We couldn’t even get an extra blanket. This was a horrible representation of what I’ve always believed to be a great place to stay away from home.

The first room I was assigned was deplorable. Went to desk and given new room. The next day, the plumbing was substandard, toilet not flushing properly. Went to front desk and given a plunger! Extended stay charged me upon arrival for the full amount of room, then placed responsibility of plumbing on me the customer. I will never book here again and will help my experience for others to know the bad experience I had.

I stayed at this location twice during my trip & had different experiences based on the person at the front desk. The hotel has a shuttle but it only runs certain hours; therefore, if your flight is late and the front desk doesn’t care, you are left stranded in finding a way to the hotel. The first person rounded up a shuttle for pick up, the second person said I just needed to find a way there (which was very expensive). The breakfast was hot coffee and bags of tea & hot water, instant packs of oatmeal and grits (when not hoarded by other guests), individually packaged chocolate & plain muffins, and granola bars. It’s something, but definitely not my first choice. This place is not the best nor the worst so if you want a definite shuttle, choose a closer location.
