Beware of the parking fee, which is about $20 per day. Even if you are a hotel guest, you still need to pay for parking. On the bright side, there is a washing machine and dryer available, food was ok.

My stay was marred by several issues. The check-in was mediocre, and although the staff wasn’t unprofessional, they were far from welcoming. It was frustrating that their attitude only improved after recognizing my status. There was an evacuation of the property, revealing a lack of an emergency plan. We were outside for 45 minutes without any staff communication about what was happening or what to do. Even after the fire department left, no one addressed us to inform us it was safe to return. This incident will likely remind the management of who I am. I requested to speak with the General Manager (GM). My first question to her was, “Why is guest safety a joke?” I detailed the situation, from being outside without information to seeing people casually entering and exiting the property during the emergency without any guidance. During my conversation with the GM, a staff member interrupted, claiming she was outside and thought we were just standing there with our child. I informed her she didn’t appear to be staff, as she was chatting with a woman in regular clothes, whom I assumed was another guest. I had to call for maintenance several times because the TV kept restarting on its own and the refrigerator stopped working abruptly. Additionally, I mistakenly left some collegiate paraphernalia in the room. I was informed the room had been turned over, another guest had checked in, and nothing was reported to Lost and Found. The voicemail for Lost and Found was full, preventing me from leaving a message. When I called the front desk, I was instructed to go online and submit a request, despite all the issues I had already encountered. The concierge lounge was disappointing and should be shut down. There were more options available at a Residence Inn. The dessert offerings were a tray of overbaked, hard cookies in three flavors. There was no breakfast offering; it was part of the regular buffet. The cooler for the milk and yogurt wasn’t working properly, leaving the items warm. There were also label descriptions for items that weren’t available. I was only staying for the night before heading to the port for our cruise, which thankfully was amazing. I am unsure how or why MCR manages this property, but the staff, especially the GM, do not uphold the standards listed on your site, particularly Marriott standards. Additionally, no proper resolution was offered.

Great hotel, large rooms with the best pillows!!! Thank you for using beautiful linens in the rooms. It’s always going to be my go to for Newark transfers now. Room service was great 😍

Close a shopping mall, very convenient! Airport shuttle was quick and good service. Room is also big and cozy, a pleasant stay , thank you !

Walaupun dengan pandemik, mereka sangat teratur juga hotel ini sangat bersih mengikut keinginan saya dengan tidak banyak lalu lintas daripada orang jadi itu bagus untuk COVID

又住這裏，小火車到P4坐Shuttle很方便。 入住兩天都在下雨，可以躲房間，也可以到大堂換氣，就是不能走到馬路對麪Jersey Garden購物+吃東西。叫了Uber Eat，有點兒小貴，到了前台會呼叫。 機組人員還是超多。 記得以前沒早餐，現在有了，是加熱那種，還好有美國胃，覺得還不錯。 個人感覺EWR進出比JFK體驗要好。

I stayed at this location twice during my trip & had different experiences based on the person at the front desk. The hotel has a shuttle but it only runs certain hours; therefore, if your flight is late and the front desk doesn’t care, you are left stranded in finding a way to the hotel. The first person rounded up a shuttle for pick up, the second person said I just needed to find a way there (which was very expensive). The breakfast was hot coffee and bags of tea & hot water, instant packs of oatmeal and grits (when not hoarded by other guests), individually packaged chocolate & plain muffins, and granola bars. It’s something, but definitely not my first choice. This place is not the best nor the worst so if you want a definite shuttle, choose a closer location.

Saya tidak akan mengatakan tempat ini betul-betul mesra keluarga. Ia kelihatan sedikit menakutkan, tetapi pada akhirnya, kami hanya memerlukan tempat tinggal yang lebih murah. Ia pasti tidak berbaloi dengan harganya. Daftar masuk adalah mudah. Terdapat tempat letak kereta percuma untuk tetamu (jika anda boleh mencari tempat letak kereta), tetapi biliknya sederhana. Saya menempah bilik tidur bersaiz king, tetapi kami mendapat 2 katil double. Ia mungkin kerana kami tiba lewat dan mereka memberikan bilik kami. Tempat itu cukup penuh. Ia sangat mudah jika anda dalam perjalanan dari Newark Liberty Hotel kerana ia hanya 5 minit jauhnya. Anda boleh menaiki metro ke bandar atau memandu (pemandu adalah kira-kira 40 minit ke New York City). Mereka juga mesra haiwan peliharaan. Perkhidmatan bilik nampaknya tidak tersedia semasa penginapan. Saya rasa jika anda tinggal jangka panjang anda boleh meminta penggantian tuala dan apa-apa lagi. Tiada tab mandi panas seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar, tetapi bilik mandi mempunyai tab mandi. Mereka menyediakan tuala dan sabun, jadi bawa barang anda sendiri termasuk pengering rambut jika perlu!

This hotel condition and service has deteriorated severely and the staff was horrible and rude . The AC didn’t function in the room and after multiple calls the technician never showed up. The front desk also charged more for parking than advertised on the website. Gold member benefits was non existent. Will find another hotel next time i am in this area.

Long way to the shuttle bus point and waiting more than 30 minutes for the next pick up. Other than this inconveniences, everything is ok in the hotel.
