Hotel Ely dengan Sarapan

Very pleasant stay. I have stayed here with family members on several occasions over the years and we have always been well looked after by the staff. The rooms were absolutely fine and looked after all our needs. The food was very good at breakfasts and the evening meals. Couldn't fault a thing and will definitely be back when in the area next.

Wow, what an amazing day. So lucky to have been able to have our Wedding hosted by Poets House. We couldn’t have asked for more. Christine, Sara and all the team were fabulous. The service we received from all the staff was friendly, informative and helpful. At no point did it feel like it was too much trouble. The food was delicious, a number of our guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. We cannot thank Poets House for helping to make our day the best. This visit could not have been better. The Staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms newly refurbished and the food and service were excellent. We had a need for a disability room and I could cheerfully have spent a day in the wet room of room 33. The shower and facilities were magnificent. One final touch, reception arranged for a mobility scooter to be made available to me. This was carefully looked after both before and during my visit making it possible for me to enjoy all the beauty of the disabled friendly city of Ely. A truly memorable weekend.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in many a year. We arrived 2 hours early and were given key to the room and a very nice young lady showed us the way and explained the facilities. The evening meals were excellent, portions very good and excellent quality food and drink, the lad who served us was pleasant and always smiling. Lovely nights sleep was followed by a super english breakfast and real coffee. What a way to finish the stay. We had a walk around the grounds and it is plain to see the grounds have been lovingly tendered with great furniture etc. We will be back.

This guest house is presented at a very high standard. The decor is stunning, definitely somewhere we will be returning. Our room had a lovely river view, excellent tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of choice. It was spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. Bedding and towels were clean, soft and like new. We liked the easy non greet access. Breakfast was a buffet style but there was plenty to choose from. Easy access to the town and the cathedral. Also plenty of good venues to eat or drink. We loved the Prince Albert Pub that was about a 10 minute walk away. If you are planning on a visit to the amazing Ely Cathedral and town, this is an excellent place to stay. Only 10 minute walk from Ely train station.

Hotel only 5 min walk from Cathedral so in the middle of town. Lovely hotel.room recently decorated and had iron, safe.hairdryer and coffee making facilities. Staff very friendly. We stayed 2 days and had evening meal there both days. Waitress,Tiffany ,makes a very good prawn cocktail.and was very friendly and helpful. The chefs blue steak was cooked properly, it was nice to find someone that knew how to cook a bluesteak. Over all very nice experience
