Friendly welcome at reception. We recieven a room upgrade die to the low season. The hot springs were fabulous. Excellent breakfast, few western options, but that is inderstandable. We had a nice stay.

Thank you for the great service rendered by your staff. From pickup at the hotel, drop-off to train station and the personal delivery to the room, I am amazed by the service. Would like to commend Ms Geng Xin for facilitating this whole journey. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at Far Hill Reflect Snow Hotel for two days in early December as a family with seniors and young kids. While the hotel itself might not be the most luxurious, the outstanding hospitality we experienced makes it truly worth considering for anyone visiting the area. A special mention goes to Ms. He, the hotel manager, whose kindness and dedication made our stay unforgettable. When we missed breakfast one morning, she personally prepared delicious noodles for us. When we struggled to find taxis, she went above and beyond, driving our group of seven to the train station in two separate trips. Such genuine care and effort are rare to come by, and it left a lasting impression on all of us. If you're looking for a stay where you’ll feel truly cared for, this is the place to be. Thank you, Ms. He, for your incredible hospitality. We’ll cherish this experience and happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The hotel is very friendly, although the check-in process for foreigners is long. However, the reception and guess helped us to fill in the computer file. The hotel has a laundry room, allowing you to leave the bags for a whole day and night if you want to hike up the mountain. There is an excellent restaurant opposite the hotel, and the location is also just a few minutes away from the bus stop.

我來峨眉山好幾次了，每次都是選擇五星級酒店，這次是例外，但卻非常難忘，很多美好和善念在心裏🙏🏻🙏🏻，我想非常客觀的評價一下，供大家參考。 酒店地理位置：位置優越，離峨眉山高鐵站3公里，10分鐘以內的車程，酒店提供接送站服務，會提前與你聯繫，提前在出站口等。酒店離報國寺和峨眉山博物館大概步行15分鐘，我是步行上去的。 酒店管家：走進酒店大廳，管家萬莉熱情的接過我的行李箱，帶我辦理入住手續；由於我到酒店還不到11點，房間還在打掃，萬莉耐心給我解釋，幫我把行李寄放在總枱，並安排我在大廳休息；酒店給我升級了房間，管家萬莉幫我把行李拿到房間，並提醒我泡温泉的注意事項；我請她幫我定了《只有峨眉山》情景劇，並安排有專車接送，晚上還詢問我是否安全回房；每天晚上酒店還會專門送兩盒牛奶；離店前，提前安排車輛送行~每一個細節都很周到和用心，待人真誠，擁有良好的親和力，較高的職業素養和操守，非常滿意和感謝🙏🏻 早餐：出乎我的意料，菜品種類非常豐富，各種當地小吃，時令蔬菜，糕點等等，菜品新鮮，可吃性很強，菜品分量也很足，隨時保持充足，不會出現斷供的現象。 靈秀温泉：不容置疑，肯定是峨眉山非常正宗的天然温泉👍，湯池大大小小很多，温度高高低低都有，關鍵是温泉是地地道道的氡温泉👍👍。 房間：各種設施齊全，乾淨整齊，比起新酒店，是要舊些，不過，性價比高，可以忽略。 整體服務：這家酒店是四星老國企，有些員工年紀都不年輕，但是我感受到了它的企業文化的魅力，大堂的服務員、停車場的保安、飯廳的服務員、房間保潔員、接送站的司機等等，有需要都會非常熱情的提供服務，感覺他們是發自內心的去幫助你，這個酒店做到這一點，不容易👍👍👍 感受很多，寫了一些，值得，以後還會來🌹🌹

I chose this hotel because it is close to the entrance of Emeishan and it was definitely the right decision! It is within a 10 minute walk and also highly accessible by car/bus (5 minute car ride from the high speed railway station). The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, giving me lots of food recommendations and also taking extra care in making sure I am safe and know how to get around (given that I am a young female solo traveller). The room was incredibly spacious and well lit. The breakfast options were also very extensive. Definitely worth the value for money and encourage everyone to stay here!

這次峨眉山之旅，帶小朋友來玩。很開心，預訂的酒店，遇到的管家Anna劉翠妹妹，很貼心服務，每個方便都是完美的，房間安排很好，配置齊全，通風有窗視野環境都非常好，住了2天湯泉也不錯的體驗，乾淨衞生，環境也美，來峨眉山登山之後來泡泡温泉很舒服，再次表揚小劉妹妹對客人非常負責，在住這幾天，隨時發消息，都很禮貌回覆，處理問題能力也很強，我們高鐵來酒店，還安排了免費接/送站服務，管家服務也是免費的喲，如果你是第一次來峨眉山，能遇到Anna劉翠服務（美食，周邊遊，峨眉山攻略）都無需擔憂，很齊全管家都有，在住有問題隨發消息就好。強烈推薦Anna劉翠服務。有機會再來

Lovely hotel. Particularly liked their family room which is perfect for a couple with a young child. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast too. Staff were helpful. Located close to Baoguo bus station where you can get the sightseeing bus up to the golden summit.

Excellent place to stay for going up Emeishan! Getting here: Accommodation can be located by looking up ”Jingzhu” on DiDi, it'll drop you off almost at the front of the hotel - go down the alley towards the cherry blossom tree and turn right, the hotel lobby will be in front. Accommodation: Very clean and the room was modern. Bathroom was very clean. We booked the guestroom which had a private bath outside which was also very nice - you have to fill it with water. It's usable to around 11pm. Alternatively there is also a public bath just past the lobby. Service: Fantastic! The ladies brought our luggage to the room, fresh towels, water and fruit delivered to the room every day, and the receptionist was very informative (she spoke mandarin however). Also gave us tickets to go into Baoguo temple. Breakfast was Chinese style buffet but the food was very delicious. The ladies there will make you noodles on request. Getting around: To get to the golden summit, take a DiDi to the Emeishan Tourism Passenger Transport Center, buy a ticket (for the bus from there to Leidongping car park, cable car up and down the golden summit to the car park + foreigners will need to pay a 160 yuan park entry fee, total approx 350 yuan). There are stalls with food and stuff from the car park to the cable car. Bus will take you to the tourist centre. It's also possible to walk to town but i recommend just catching a Didi or taxi. Overall: Very impressed with the hotel and service, would recommend for anyone looking to travel to see the Golden summit!

Seems to be a family-run boutique hotel, may not be top notch in terms of professionalism, but still offers great hospitality to the guests. Great location at Lei Dong Ping. The staffs also offer morning calls for guests who would like to watch sunrise at Emei Shan. Overall great stay.
