Difficult to reach the hotel. Taxis are chaotic and rare whereby they are able to fetch others together with you. Luckily, the hotel have a very good and responsible front desk manager, 张鹏, who used his own car to bring us to the railway station. We just can't get a taxi from the hotel. In addition, his advice on how to get around the emeishan and leshan scenic area helps to reduce unnecessary search.
I would like to thank 张鹏 again for all his help during our 3 night. You're proud of your staff.

Nice hotel, very clean and quiet. Close to the main road when you can find restaurants and convenient store. All the staffs are friendly and very helpful. Hot spring is nice. We went during the low season, not many guest instead of buffet breakfast the hotel provide ala carte breakfast. The portion of the breakfast is big and delicious.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, lovely kids’ playgrounds, clean room and hot springs, beautiful territory of the hotel. What made me very disappointed about the stay: we were given a room without balcony right above the main entrance. All the night the cars were coming and going, all the morning the buses were on and the smell went to the room. It was very annoying and noisy. Sure it was too late at night to go to the front desk and ask to change a room. I suppose the front desk should be more attentive when choosing a room for families especially when the hotel is not fully booked like now.
So if you are lucky to get a quiet room with hot springs view, it still can be a good hotel in Emeishan.

Amazing stay at this hotel! It is gorgeous, right at the food of Emeishan where busses pick you up. I was picked up and dropped off from and train station, there was free tea service with snacks, and breakfast was hearty. They staff was also friendly and facilities clean and working well. Cannot recommend it highly enough! Loved my stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! The location was perfect right in between the start of the mountain and the small town with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were stunning and clean with many amenities that all worked perfectly. We deeply appreciated the coffee machine in the room as well as the tea and filtered water! The service was incredible and the staff really went out of their way to accomodate any of our requests or needs. They turned on the hottub every evening at 6:30 so it would be filled for us once we returned! Not to mention the breakfast was the best breakfast i’ve tried in all of China! Thank you for making my birthday so special. Highly recommend !

這家酒店位置不錯，就在黃灣鎮遊客中心的邊上，走路3分鐘就到遊客中心。原來想定hix，但是看到這裏要便宜100元，就定了這裏。
酒店還挺大的，房間和早飯都在三樓，三樓還有個露天小花園，景色不錯。
房間挺大，也比較乾淨，每個房間都有陽台，但是酒店有蚊子，也提供了蚊帳。
一間房間含雙早，早飯品種不多但是能吃飽，是上峨眉山錢的體力補充。
工作人員服務態度都很好，有問必答，提供了很多上山建議，價廉物美，挺不錯的酒店。

和朋友來峨眉山玩，定了這家酒店。房間位置比較好，就在峨眉山腳下。空間也比較大，住得很舒適。房間裏面衞生很乾凈，床單被罩是按時換了的，毛巾浴巾都是獨立包裝一次性的，非常乾淨衞生，配備了好多一次性用品，都是免費使用。關鍵老闆人很nice，給我們推薦了附近很多好吃的，都很好吃，一個都沒有踩雷，等我下次再來峨眉山的時候，還要住這裏😃

Room and location meet my travel need. It is just less than 10mins walk to the main ticket counter and main tourist bus stop. The boss was very helpful and I’m thankful for his info, guidance and recommendation to make the best of my time to see Emeishan. The hotel is in a great place, opposite the bus station, close to the train station and there are lots of parking spaces. The staff is very helpful and kind, thank you very much for everything. Breakfast is rich, satisfying the tastes of both Easterners and Westerners, all compliments. The rooms are clean and worm and the biggest surprise is the indoor pool, which is large and clean. Hot spring is great, too, there are more pools. We can't wait to get back!

The location of this hotel is perfect as it’s just around the corner to 第一山亭 and less than 15 mins walking distance to 报国寺 and 客运中心 for the buses to go up to mountain 万年寺 & 雷洞庭 & 金顶 places。
The hotel provides pick up and drop off service from/to 高铁, which makes it very convenient for us as we are carrying big luggages.
The hotel staffs provide very good services. They are all friendly and helpful. My customer manager —XuYanpeng（徐艳鹏) is very caring and attentive. She checks on us to make sure we have what we need. Her service oriented professionalism is excellent, and makes our staying very enjoyable.
Will definitely stay in this hotel if we are coming back to Emeishan.

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff.
When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough.
If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting.
A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay.
A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

HHera SzExcellent hotel, but the cheapest room is in another tower, about 10 minutes walking from the room to reach the hot springs .
The best deal is to get breakfast and dinner included , as dinner is far better than breakfast and not crowded at all. For dinner there is hot pot and also buffet with sushi, bbq, the best brownie I have ever eaten in my life. Excellent deal !
The hot springs is excellent and it is opened from 13:30 until 23:30, so u was able to go twice there.
The best moments in my stay was when a person decided to smoke at the buffet area and the staff shouted at him because it is not allowed to smoke .
Also a lady at the hot springs was super cool to shout at a boy who was climbing some dangerous walls and she said if he wanted to get sent to the room in punishment and he decided to behave after that.
The only thing that made me disappointed was when I went to the toilet in the dinner buffet and a staff was eating and smoking and decided to use the toilet without removing his gloves. I hope he didn’t go back to work without changing his plastic gloves and touch the food again.
At all the hotel is really nice, with table tennis and billiard table, one Xbox to play video game, comfy room .
Breakfast is a big chaos, too many people .
Congrats on the staff to handle so many people in the hotel and make everything work very well. I will recommend to others and I will return soon.

PPengguna TetamuThis is not a 4 or 5 start resort. It’s a 5 star room down the river. The restaurant was closed when we were there, so called gym does not exist at all, swimming pool is small like a pond and the bigger one is for kids. There is no garden or anything that covers the road and the bridge you can hear easily while staying down the swimming pool. The big bonus is the bathroom- big and modern exactly like on the picture and the spring water hot tub that works well and can create a great time during the night as you can hear the river. Light system is amazing. You can find any light that you need to set up a mood. People are very nice and friendly. The front desk does not have ‘ business card’ and location of the hotel was written down on a paper. Really little things that shows this place has a potential but not in the current set up. You can’t lock the room door when you are not inside- only the garden gate. Who would design such a thing? I know it’s a safe destination but still. There is no safe either. People create this place special but it does not meet a high standard resort score.

PPengguna Tetamu在這個店丟了衹穿過一次的短褲，店家説找了多次沒有，但確信是丟失在房間的。店如其名確實是有設計感的，整體衞生也不錯，早餐有幾道具有當地峨眉特色的糕點、麪，原本應該是五星好評，但是發生了一件很不愉快的事情。我入住時穿的一條短褲，第二天退房時落在了房間，確定是丟在了酒店，但是酒店説沒有。跟前台的管家微信聯絡了幾次，對方説找了多次沒有找到這個事兒很蹊蹺，他們也承認調取監控，看到我確實是穿着丟失的褲子入住，換了別的褲子第二天退房的，所以確定褲子就在酒店，但是他們説沒有。確定丟在酒店的東西酒店最後沒有賠償，衹説：如果我還來峨眉山的話，再次入住幾天可以免其中一天的房費口頭補償，所以私家的民宿這一點沒有保障。客服説找了，到結果是很蹊蹺地沒有…

To get there, take bus 5 or 7 for ¥2 from outside the Emeishan train station. If you prefer, a tuk-tuk can also take you for ¥10. The area is very beautiful, but the aggressive sales tactics of the people working in the restaurants and street stalls are unpleasant. They don't let you walk, shout at you, and chase you, even if you politely tell them you're not interested in their restaurant. You are constantly approached to buy tours, making it impossible to stroll peacefully. Although we understand there is no ill intention, the hotel owners constantly ask where we are going, what we are going to do the next day, and if we want food. We felt like we were staying at the house of friendly but somewhat controlling relatives, which is not what we expect from a hotel.
