Pour un séjour à Europa Park. L'hôtel est très bien situé (7min en voiture du parc), restaurants à proximité. Parking gratuit, chambre propre, personnel très aimable et anglophone (en plus de l'allemand). Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui est compris dans le prix de la chambre et qui est extra en terme de choix et de qualité !! On a bien pu reprendre des forces après les 10-15km à trotter dans le parc, la veille. Je recommande sans problème. Merci l'hôtel La Mirabelle.

Not a bad little place however after having stayed at the Holiday Inn Express down the road in Ringsheim this paled in comparison- for the extra 20 Euros I would stay there instead. Walls were very thin so could hear everything next door and the other guests were generally quite noisy. Facilities were ok and the place was clean, staff at reception were friendly and accommodating. Overall thoughts are- average.

The A/C has been broken since I got here 3 days ago and the room is stuffy and hot. I've overhead other guests complain of this as well. But now this happened: I came back to my from breakfast this morning, where I had left the do not disturb sign on the door, to find that someone had entered my room and locked the window (which I had signed a waiver to have unlocked the day before due to the broken A/C). Another guest told me that ”two men” had opened her door while she was IN THE SHOWER to evict her 3 hours before checkout! What kind of criminal behavior is this??? I'm going through my bags to make sure everything is still there!! Ended up demanding and receiving a refund for my the rest of my booking, and 20% off the nights I stayed so far, no cancellation fee. The manager was quite professional and nice about it, I wish I could say the same for the rest of my experience. And the lady at the reception? I'm pretty sure she is the same one every other review talks about. She doesn't mind laughing to your face and seems to only be concerned with when her next smoke break is. Avoid this place like the plague. I immediately moved next door to the Hampton Inn by Hilton for about 20 euro more. So far there is no comparison.

Wir haben das Hotel als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit genutzt, um das Schwimmbad des Europaparks zu besuchen. Die Zimmer waren einfach, aber sauber. Die Sportmöglichkeiten des Hotels haben wir aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Vor allem der Preis supergünstig.
