Stayed in the Johnstown Estate a few weeks ago on the fab 50s deal which was good value. We had an issue in the bedroom and pointed it out at reception when we were checking out. We were told the manager would be in touch. He did get in touch and discussed the issue with us. We were satisfied with his response. We booked to stay last week and Joseph the manager looked after us very well with the booking. We had a lovely stay and staff and food was lovely. We also spoke with Joseph while we were there and he is a gentleman and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Its good to see that if you report an issue that the hotel follow it up.
