Avoid!!! This hotel had several different rooms available for reservation, and on the same day as I booked and paid, they wrote that they are overbooked and I need to cancel. As I had a non-refundable booking, I had to make several calls to the hotel site. Askay's staff didn't bother to do any of it at all, or to answer my emails. Absolutel unprofessional.

Our stay at 2 Friends before and after our Ugandan tour was excellent. First of all I must mention the staff and how helpful they were. Through the booking process they were only too happy to answer all my questions and whilst at the property they continued to be friendly and helpful. Special mention to Claire for all her help. The property itself was lovely, the gardens and pool area was a nice place to relax and it was very peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the aircon and wifi worked very well. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed several meals at their restaurant across from the motel which had a great view of the lake. We felt safe at the property and the location was an easy walk to the shopping centre. The airport transfers were always on time and they did organise for our laundry to be completed after our tour plus allowed us to leave some excess baggage at the property whilst we were on our tour which was very helpful. Would highly recommend 2Friends whilst in Entebbe. .
