الغرفه نظيفه جدا واطلالة رائعه والهدوء الذي يعم الممرات بين الغرف وغرفة مدخنين كما طلبنا وخدمة فندقية احسن مايكون اما الحمام رائع جدا حيث الشعور لا يوصف والمناشف نظيفه جدا والميزان واااو يوميا اقوم بوزن نفسي

First time in Erbil and chose this hotel for central location. Upon arrival at 5am we were greeted by friendly receptionist who showed us two rooms and we chose the second one being room no 720. Very spacious and clean. We just got into bed after a day travelling from UK. At 10am we woke up to drilling !!!! We complained but it didn’t stop. We had this for three of our four days. We were not happy we were not compensated. Not even an offer of a meal or bottle of wine - nothing !!! The hotel itself is spacious and clean. Food is lovely and lots to choose. Staff friendly and efficient. Coffee is tasty. Roof top bar very good though one nosy member of staff but we ignored him. All of our family from Baghdad were welcome within the hotel. Security is very good and the pool and outside restaurant looked good though we didn’t have time to use these facilities ! We would not stay again due to the issue we had. We will choose a different hotel next year

I stayed this hotel more than 15 days and enjoyed of service and kind staff. Everything is good The perfect level is 4th and the most beautiful views from room 410 The breakfast is perfect and so many kind of food and soup and fresh fruit available

Good evening. Very very lovely hotel in an excellent location. The hotel view are very impressive and i ever seen this kind of view. The hotel management are very good and thier service staff is nice very friendly staff, cooperative and helpful. The room available with very affordable price. Amazing food taste. Evry one Lets come and enjoy.

كانت تجربة اكثر اكثر اكثر من رائعة فالسفر الى الشمال اساسه الذهاب الى المصايف لكن جمال وروعة الفندق جعلنا نفضل البقاء فيه و التمتع باجواءه الجميلة بسبب التبريد الممتاز و النظافه والرائحه الزكيه و المرافق من مسبح و جيم و ساونا ومطاعم بأكل نظيف وطازج الاول يوفر الفطور و الغداء و الثاني العشاء على انغام الموسيقى
