Saya menganggap struktur ini berkualiti dan disimpan dengan baik, tambahan pula perabotnya tidak luput dan adalah hotel yang berkualiti, b Sarapan pagi juga baik dan secara peribadi saya lebih suka 2 mesin berteknologi yang diletakkan secara strategik di kedua-dua belah bilik sarapan, untuk mengelakkan daripada mengganggu pelayan atau lebih tepatnya pelayan, setiap kali untuk cappucino Untuk 50 euro sehari, anda tidak boleh mengharapkan mereka menghidangkan sarapan pagi di meja, apa pendapat anda? Inilah sebabnya mengapa terdapat hotel bermula dari 180 euro setiap hari Apa yang saya tidak faham ialah mengapa dengan meminta sesuatu di bar selepas waktu bekerja, mereka percaya bahawa anda mahu memakannya secara percuma, sedangkan pada hakikatnya anda mahu membayar seperti biasa seperti yang anda bayar di mana-mana bar, hanya itu dalam keadaan yang sangat panas. /Panas Afrika, anda lebih suka makan di hotel (bukan percuma), Namun secara amnya mereka profesional Bagi pekerja, saya percaya bahawa orang tidak boleh diambil bekerja berdasarkan perbezaan jantina, kerana profesionalisme seseorang tidak dinilai berdasarkan jantina dan perbezaan jantina bukanlah sesuatu yang saya setujui. At check in I asked about scheduling a massage for the following morning. Was told they no longer offer them. I asked about the pool & jacuzzi -was told they are 20 euro-somehow I missed this in hotel info…. But! It’s 10 euro because the Turkish bath is broken🙄. At 10Am I head to the reception desk in suit/cover (no robes)to ask where jacuzzi is? I’m told it must be reserved!? And its avail at noon (check-in gal said it was open at 9🤔). Not booked but they have to prepare it…ie turn on the heat? I’m very disappointed. What poor hotel practice to advertise massages and pools and jacuzzis and then they are basically unavailable. Finally no coffee in the room -bought a tablespoon of coffee for 2 euro only to drop it trying to fumble w/ the keycard which although my fault, further made this whole morning a disappoin**ent. We are here 2 more nights & if our friends in Brescia hadn’t suggested this hotel- I would change. Finally beds are very hard.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and everything worked as it should. The ample parking meant that I did not struggle to park. The breakfast had one of the largest possible choices in cookies and breakfast that I have seen. The person who checked me in and the person whop checked me out (Mr Cristian Lauria) were polite, and had a true sense of hospitality.

Perfect service, multi lingual and incredibly helpful staff, food was very good and the restaurant open until late. Very open area with many seats and plenty of distance between tables. Would recommend to anyone looking for an overnight stop and food.

A wonderful place to stay in a most beautiful part of Italy. Our room had brilliant views over the lake. Perfectly comfortable and clean room. Outstanding staff always ready to do that little bit extra for guests, excellent food and generous breakfast buffet. You do need a car (or at least a bike) though to get into town.

Been here before, however same shortcomings every time. Rooms accumulate a lot of dust every day even if ventilation is shut down. Breakfast OK. Diner has only a few selection options, but very worthwhile. Communication with staff is everytime problematic allthough very nice people. Maybe the Italian way. Good free parking. The location is very strategic even if at first impression you think it is not. Plenty gas stations around the corner. The shopping mall own the road freccia Rossa this year was almost dead. Eat at hotel restaurant and don't try find better outside, waste of time. Especially the Elnos shopping center. Probably I return here every time.

Ideal location for Brescia and Bergamo European city of culture, easy access from Milan 1 hr by train and also 1 hr into Bergamo by train. that's with roughly a 10 euro fare, Similar if you wanted to go to Lake Garda or Verona, Hotel is just a few stops along the new subway £1.40 king everything so simple. super room, clean good staff reasonably priced so no complaints on any front. stayed 3 nights
