Littlebit dirty. Smoking smells

It smells very bad, the bed sheets are very dirty, we asked to change them but they said they would give us a change and we didn't. Also, at night, the fire alarm went off and when we went out, we couldn't sleep for almost an hour because the power on the 6th floor went out. Also, it was very cold and the air conditioner didn't work.

location is best but not enough clean

I ordered premium standart room but did not provide that room. Serviced only standart room. Some equipment does not work properly. Evelator is dirty and dusty. Receptioinist are impolite. In the 4th floor KTV is too noisy when relaxing at room.

The hotel was very dirty, the elevator carpet was quite dusty. Offers a breakfast with a wide varieties of choices

After renovation more better, less dust. but toilet cleaning has a problem. hair everywhere 😒

Good location.Room and lobby was small

The reception area was quite dirty and it might be due to the construction work going on. When I entered the room, it was quite nice, but the linens were quite old, but it was actually nice.
