Ulasan Dali Geothermal Paradise Hotel

Upon first checking in, the reception staff allocated four rooms to us together which were old, dirty, and smelly, even though we had booked the £76 Jiuqi Palace Deluxe Tub Twin/Double Rooms, so of course we expected for the rooms to be really nice, just like what was shown in the photos on Trip.com. However, we think that they thought that they could scam us and give us the cheaper rooms instead, as they looked nothing like what they showed in the photographs on Trip.com. The hot spring tub outside hadn’t even been cleaned for several weeks, the inside of the room was very dusty and the towels were old and discoloured. Having complained about the rooms, they then drove us to the location where the more expensive rooms were located (via an electric car), which we had booked anyway, but requested that we pay them an additional £5 per person per room. We had no choice but to pay the additional fees for the other rooms, as we had already travelled an hour and 18 minutes from the train station to get to the hotel. Although the more expensive rooms were a lot nicer than the rooms they had originally allocated to us, the hot water from the taps and hot spring smelt like rotten eggs and drainage. It didn’t seem right but they were adamant that the smell was normal for a hot spring hotel. The locks to the doors facing our courtyard area where our private hot spring was located, didn’t lock properly, so we had to push two chairs against the door before we went to sleep, in case an intruder tried to break in. We won’t be coming back here, as the hotel is very dated, the hot water smells dodgy, and the hotel staff tried to scam us, and give us cheaper rooms instead of the expensive rooms we had paid for.

The hot spring has a very bad odour. The hot shower and sink water are connected so they all have the egg odour. Initially I was given the wrong room which all the facilities were very old. I have to add more money to change to a better room.

We originally booked the juiqi deluxe tub double bedroom for the night expecting the room as it was in the photos. This was not the case, the room we received had a musty smell, age was clearly visible and it was not as described in the photos. It was clear it was a room below expectations. Upon speaking with the reception staff it was said that there are better looking rooms within the juiqi type rooms similar to the photos but those were fully booked. The hotel didn’t inform us of this prior to our arrival and we were left with an inadequate room unfit for purpose. They should not have made those rooms available if they were fully booked. We expressed our concerns with the reception staff and they allowed us to view another room instead which was the lakeside tongyuan which were fit for purpose. We paid the extra difference and stayed there for the night but the experience to get to that spot wasted what should have been valuable family time. For anyone looking to stay here, as long as you get the room as described your experience will be enjoyable.

We first took the tent accommodation considering it will be an experience. Well, it was an experience in the bad way... mostly, mold, old amenities in the ”room”, humidity and not proper for sleeping. We have asked upgrade and we got something else in the building, fine for one night sleep. Breakfast was not eatable, so we left with empty stomach. Nice hot bath area, but the kids amenities (playing area) need refurbished, as kids got injuried playing in the water. If we will ever wish hot baths near Dali, we rather choose other place, even if is the water park is smaller...

Great place, its a bit old and some slides were closed in the water park, but overall a very good place if you can upgrade to a room with a hotspring tub inside. What you order on Trip does not have that option, but we could switch once we got there.

第二次過來，上次是朋友帶着來的，果斷提前預訂了帶泡池的房間，這個價位相比以前我覺得相當的划算， 兩個人是泡了個夠夠的因為訂的帶泡池的房間，天氣也有點冷所以自己沒有去外面泡就去温泉中心逛了逛， 去逛了一下環境非常好 跟以前比起來增加了很多泡池，遊樂園那裡也有很小朋友在玩大朋友也有，這裏應該就是亞洲最大的温泉了，裏面太大太大了。

我們定的是帶泡池的雙床房，也不知道那個好，就定了價格居中的房型，温泉區 特色湯池特別特別多，一路都走不完，好像真的是硫磺温泉，一股臭臭的雞蛋臭，有室內室外特色魚池 哈哈不敢嘗試 ，裏面好多人都在打卡拍照，泡完温泉服務員還會幫忙叫電瓶車，電瓶車直接就把我麼送到客房，吃完晚飯就去看名族篝火，跳完接着房間泡，好爽！！！

評價是為了特意誇獎一下前台帶眼鏡的小姐姐，我們跑了很遠的路帶女兒過來玩，入住的時候前台小姐姐講解的特別細，然後就可以一直在裏面玩到下午，所以小朋友很開心，還有早餐店門口接待的工作人員特別熱情，給每一位客人都很熱情的説你好!

由於我們是組團過來，到了酒店裡麪好大呀，温泉真的硫磺，泡完身上很滑，温泉服務也很好、很有禮貌，我們去的時候是中午，人不是很多，但好多泡池我可以輪着泡，一點也不耽擱，幾乎都是私湯，我可能是最划算的了哈哈。。。，環抱大自然的泡湯真的很好。吃東西到鎮上吃，也是很方便的

我們入住的是特色白族民居，來到門口就看到了白族的特色房屋，雕樑畫棟的建築別有少數民族韻味。進入房間，裏面有一個超級大的獨立泡池，當白天遊玩了一天後回到房間，去泡一下硫磺温泉，一身輕鬆！ 園區內的服務人員也特別的熱情，當我們走在路上遇到工作人員他們都會微笑的對我們問好，在需要幫助時，他們也能立馬為我們解決問題！ 在地熱國入住的過程中，我的身心都得到了放鬆，這次旅行很舒適，有機會還要來多體驗幾天！

客房環境：進入房間第一眼，很乾凈很温馨，房間裏的獨立泡池很加分，可以在休息前泡一會，睡覺時整個身體都很暖和。在入住期間服務很棒。有任何問題都能第一時間解決，全程微笑服務。純正硫磺温泉，24小時熱水，獨門獨院，停車場就在門口，超級方便。 温泉環境：進入温泉區，每一個泡池都各有特色，特別喜歡那個鮮花池，小朋友們玩的很開心，大人也很享受。温泉區內環境衞生很乾凈，在泡温泉的全程中都有工作人員詢問水温如何或是否需要幫忙。特別想推薦的是温泉水樂園，裏面的遊樂設施很多，每一個都超級好玩，最好玩的那必屬海浪池，感覺特別的有氛圍！

這家酒店真不錯，啥設施都有。還免費送早餐和燒烤自助，早餐有包子、粥，燒烤各種肉串、蔬菜，選擇可多了，能滿足一家人的口味。酒店裡娛樂活動也多，有小童樂園，小孩大人都能玩。玩累了去泡温泉，水熱乎乎的，渾身舒坦。全家人都玩得超開心，下次還想來。

在大理地熱國酒店體驗很不錯，這次是第二次了，記得上次來是兩年前了，現在變化好大，綠植增加了不少，特別是房間的小泡池，私密性特別好，露天的温泉泡池、還有水樂園太多太多了，怎麼都泡不完，可能是我泡的時間太久，一會就會有服務員過來送水給我喝，很貼心。

一直猶豫去哪裡，無意間發現了這裏，本以為人多服務怕是老火，沒想到，服務槓槓的，每位服務員都用心，熱情的服務，特別是186號服務員，楊大姐，每次見到都是滿臉的笑容，讓我感到非常親切，總是認真，熱情的服務着。下次還會帶家人來。
