Apartment confortable, you have everything you need to spend some days. Bed very confortable, apartment very clean. Only some points to be better: for me there are too much light, the curtains are not suitable, i couldnt sleep well for this reason. Another point, you can handle the temperature. I had a problem and I called to the telephone number (It was 7pm) they gave to me (bacause there were nobody at recepción) and nobody answered, so i couldn't be attended.

Un pequeño hotel bien situado para visitar Sevilla y el Parque de Doñana. Habitación amplia ,colchón cómodo y un baño bastante nuevo. La limpieza buena. Aparcamiento fácil cerca del hotel. El chico que nos atendió fue muy agradable.

As novice drivers in Spain, we hired a car in the Algarve and wanted to find accommodation near enough to Sevilla to avoid hairy driving situations, but that would allow us to take a reasonably priced cab or Uber into the city. This location was perfect and had underground parking for the rental car. The hotel was economical and clean. The staff spoke English and was helpful. We stayed in a junior suite with a kitchen and living room and we really enjoyed having the extra space for a reasonable price. The hotel is also taking extra COVID measures that made us feel safe. Would return here again in a heartbeat :)

Experiencia muy buena, las instalaciones estaban bien, la zona del exterior es lo que más nos gustó. En la habitación, espaciosa, con buena iluminación, acogedora, la cama de matrimonio es grande y muy cómoda. Sin embargo, la nevera no enfriaba mucho, el aire o el acondicionado no funcionaba, había una ventana muy pequeñita que apenas entraba iluminación natural y la mampara de la bañera que se salía el agua afuera al duch****. El buffet regular, desde nuestro punto de vista un poco caro para el precio que tenía y la consumición aparte. Por lo general genial!

We recently stayed at this hotel. We had a very comfortable stay, the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed using the pool everyday and enjoyed the facilities. The only problem is that the walls are very very thin. This is not the staff/ hotel’s fault but on our final night, the guests next door and above were extremely loud. You could hear their conversations, they were banging their suitcases around until 1am and walking up and down in heels. The receptionist was very helpful and asked them to keep it down, but it is important to remember that this is a business hotel, so other guests are up late and awake early to prepare for work so we were woken up at 6am each day by other guests outside our room. I would highly recommend asking for a top floor room or bringing ear plugs!! It is quite far from the centre and the bus gets quite busy - but overall it is not difficult to get into town.

The location and value of this hotel was notably better than many competitive properties in Sevilla. Perhaps the most impressive was the service at reception. The gentlemen on the front desk really were gentlemen and did everything to ensure a smooth check-in. It was all very professional and in a beautiful reception area that was light, bright, nicely decorated and comfortable. A 4* lobby for sure. They had managed to accommodate our wishes to be on or above the 3rd floor along with our friends' room close by. However, we did feel that the room was a little dated although large and comfortable. We actually were attending a photo shoot the next day so light was an issue for us and the room had only a small window and 'cold' LED bulbs in the light fittings - 'warm' LED lights would have been much cosier. For us, we really needed natural light and so requested that we move to another room. The hotel was full but the lovely reception staff accommodated us in a beautiful room from the next morning, where we were far more comfortable and able to prepare for our day. They pulled out all the stops to ensure the room was clean and ready from early morning. We were very grateful and on that basis, we will definitely stay here again as we travel to Sevilla a lot. Special thanks go to Dario, Alajambro and David - and I think at the last minute, I may have met another front desk gentleman but I didn't get his name! All - in all, a quiet, reserved, comfortable hotel in a super location. Thank you Pasaela Hotel - we will be back!

There are two Ibis hotels right next to each other, so, we went to the wrong hotel first. Once we found the right one, the staff's English was poor at best and the room extremely basic, a very small room with the sink and shower next to the bed and a 1/4 inch thick door going to the toilet. The wi-fi was extremely slow, 3.4 mbps, so streaming video was nearly impossible. We paid an additional €17 for breakfast when we checked-in, but when we arrived and started getting our food, a woman asked for our room number, telling us that breakfast was NOT included. Embarrassing us in front of all the guests, I told them to refund our money, but then they figured out that the non-English speaking woman verified the wrong room number. We were not even offered an apology for the embarrassment. Parking in their garage was €6 for 24 hours, not bad, but when we attempted to leave for the airport in the morning, the parking ticket machine said that our ticket was invalid, so we had to go back to reception where they contacted a non-English speaking security guard who let us out after paying him the €6. I had left my bag in the room and would return after dropping my wife off at the airport, the 24 hours would not expire until hours later, but was told that I would have to get a new ticket and pay another €6 if I wanted to park in the garage. Unbelievable! We were so late getting to the airport that my wife had to rush through security, tripping on a crack in the flooring, bruising her knees, and was wheeled to the gate in a wheelchair. Exceptional location, with the metro stop practically on their doorstep. Large, clean room and a very friendly, and helpful service.

Booked this property as per the photos updated online and the property was way too far better then the pictures. Apartment was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. This place is at a great location but outside the city which is really not a big deal as you can catch a Train from nearby metro station.Thank you for a good stay
